  1. i dont think so, superkarts are ususally used on full circuits not on small kart tracks
  2. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Go-Kart-ARROW-AX6-C...1QQcmdZViewItem good example and http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Go-Kart-Arrows-Club...1QQcmdZViewItem ok would rather a larger rear axle but not bad otherwise and this one is also good, but i suspect it will go up in price http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Go-Kart-Arrow-AX8-2...1QQcmdZViewItem
  3. Price comes into it tho, around 600 to make a clubman motor use a clutch, and you can get a clubman for around 1000-1500 for something fairly decent, arrow crg tony kart etc etc. around 3000 for a new lepoard motor, similar price is rotax. so its cheaper to go yamaha motor for someone who is just starting out too. it will be quick enough. make sure you get a kt100s (square head) and not a j (round head)
  4. Hey, this is the end! I actually expected it to be more with the further drop in usd. But glad it wasn't. If i get all payments in by tuesday we would hopefully see them by next week.
  5. i kinda forgot about all the other stuff your going to have to undo to get the head off.. and thinking about it i would rather pay someone to do it
  6. Heres some photos to aid with your cooler install, hope it all works out let me know if you need any more help and you can come around and have a look. just realized i should have re sized them.
  7. thats no good. looks like there isnt a way to fool them either god damn moist box recorders! remembering all the bad(meaning good) things like women do!!!
  8. should be able to do it, one of the last head bolts will stay in the head tho as the cam blocks it from coming out. (i found anyway) if you follow the manual you should not have a problem, make sure you undo all the bolts the right order, and torque them back up in the right order too. there is a fair bit of work involved tho.. may the force be with you!
  9. Hey its finally over!!!! i have the balance owing now i need $105 aud from everyone. pending on whether the two with 1000hp shafts want to pay the same or save the 5 or so bucks (????) and give me a headache working out what they actually owe (i have included my $22 bank fee as i will be sending this payment to Acpt) will pm my details again. to everyone. Thanks for the patience.. (if i missed anyone with the pm let me know) or if someone received one and is not involved let me know....
  10. Sorry, i'm susually just in a real hurry
  11. Happy birthday Richard! you share the same birthday as one of my inlaws!! what a way to remember now haha! And sorry about the news on the diff, i often do dumb shit like leave evpensive parts in my cars too, i should stop!!
  12. Go son!! haha cant wait to see how it goes!! and some good videos also! p.s. you should introduce me to tom!! when i take the car there anyway.
  13. os giken set are pretty cheap..
  14. Hang around Andrew, this will be over soon!!
  15. probably all made in china like everything else i've seen full kits for 32 gtr before. it may have been on an american website tho. this reminds me i also need to buy some. but not too sure what to buy since i have a r34 motor in my 32..
  16. Yeah i've just been going out for fun really. tho i waxs tempted to go out for their weekly races. and the lap times i was doing in my yamaha clubman S motor were pretty competetive as i said, i've probably spent about 2k so far. been out atleast 10-20 times have many sore ribs, and ready to get out again soon! it is cheap in a way tho soon i need to either buy a new motor, or get a clutch kit for my clubman there will be many people out there that are alot quicker than you and it will take plenty of practice to get good.
  17. I'd stay away from that kart. tho it does have a clutch i am sure there is better ones you can find, (the chassis looks cheap) what you want to try get. is a kart with a yamaha kt100s with a clutch kit attached. strike sss or similar tho you will pay more but so much quicker than that pullstart one you listed it surely is worth just racing for fun.. i go out with a few friends who also have karts and run a muck for hours and hours. or untill something breaks haha what do you want to spend?
  18. hey jeremy, where in sydney are you? i been racing karts just for fun, bought one off ebay for around 1500, spent maybe 2000 on it all up now. picton track is pretty good 25 for the day and i think 30 for your yearly licence. tho, beware, kart tracks are starting to go by the aka ruling and will need a clutch by January 2009
  19. Yeah i was very happy dealing direct with them Acpt untill someone.... who popped up in this thread and then ran along and told paul what i was doing. things would have been fine.
  20. Hi Andrew. This is the final shipping price James has come up with. He has only come down US$50.00 ( to US200.00) from the original shipping quote of US$250,. I find that odd because as you know other Shaft Companies can send them for around US$125.00??????????????. I have tried to change this since, but to no avail, that is his final offer, and as you say this one is way overdue. So, I will calculate the final figures today for you. Paul. this is the email i have received in reply to what i wrote lastnite!
  21. Hey guys, i'm defiantly hearing you all! its been far too long just for a shipping quote, and something really needs to be done now! emails sent once again but there isnt a great deal in what i can do. hopefully it will hurry things along! Andrew
  22. 300ish extra cfm can flow thru the cat now, should probably see a bit, it will probably be noticeable.. cant wait for the results anyway xforce make a cat that is about double than close to double that flow and price too, check to see if you got the oval type? or the higher flow racing cat (round barrel style)
  23. theres a blue car over here too when you get bored!! haha
  24. also like to know the above may aswell do this while the engine is in pieces right!!
  25. this has happened to me too, how worn are your rear tyres? or front tyres?? is there a difference in size on the wheel/tyres? try swapping tyres front to back and see if it changes anything. (reason i am saying is i did some skidz and when i put fuse back in drove home on very worn rear tyres and had problems like you've said) also might be good to check ecu fault codes at the time too (atesa computer under rear parcel shelf. should see a redlight flashing if there is an error(s))
