i got HTC touch dual 850. rocks IMO. i got ipod so yeh i dont see much use in iPhone, other than eliinating iPod. but none the less, my HTC has a 4gb card in it, plenty of space for music and porn.. lol

specs on the turbo mate? what power it make for you?

so what do u think about the i phone? was it worth the wait? the old 1, had a pretty shitty speaker for ringing, they fix that?

does the kit use the piping that returns to the standard side or do you need to have the hole cut for the pipe to crossover the front of the engine?

OK guys, spent today finishing off the install of my boot so i can now show u all the finished product. and here it is.

u can do it urself, just get the spray paint custom mixed at places like autobahn and then do the spray. will have original colour and all an wont cost you hundreds my 2c

not to worry guys, didnt need a reset, showed it to the guy who installed it and found that possibly the unit itself is faulty so warranty claim under way. if it comes up that way, ill upgrade the alarm anyhow.

found valet, tap then hold, got chirp, press remote - no chirp.. any other ideas? wll un pluggin the unit do anything or wat? it doesnt affect the car atm...

nothing, the alarm wont arm/disarm. when battery goes flat, alarm disarms, and when u go to arm, it just sends signal out but never gets a response from the car. not sure what the go is there

hey guys just an update, not much work has gone on since i last posted. been strung up with work. just finished cutting and shaping the false floor, still need surrounds that go where the boot arms close through and vinyl up the whole lot but these pics should give u some idea of what i got so far. its a practical 3 piece floor design so i can still access my spare tyre, and have my amp hidden as well as a 3rd spare compartment which i will prob use as a stash space for jumper leads or something.

hey guys battery went flat on my car today coz dumbass me left the lights on since it was darkish when i went to a mates. no problems jump starting the car but now my alarm dont work. the car reciever doesnt know which signal to accept or the remote and car arent in sink? anybody know how to reset the alarm? its the version with 2 way paging remote and has remote start, boot, bonnet, door sensor with shock sensor too. any help would be awesome. cheers daniel

they are the same length i believe but the ends dont sit right on a gtst coz the flaired guards of a gtr are wider.. might be wrong.

u need t have the trucks rego time and detils of what happened.. if its a company truck you call the company, lodgea formal complaint that the load wasnt secure and get the company to pay. in the situatin with the loose harness, rego and truck details, pick up the harness and then into a cop shop to lodge complaint. they chase up the truck and driver and u get the prick to pay for damages coz his load wasnt secured correctly. other than that, its all u got.

i already told u guys, GET PHILLIPS HB3 CRYSTAL VISION GLOBES... $90 for a pair and they straight swap out with the old ones. they also come with matching white globes for your parkers...

depends wat ur chasing i guess... a street car set up time or a race time. if u wanna know what sort of time u can do on a street you have ur tyre pressure at street pressures (about 32psi) and have just standard 98octane fuel. and thats it.. should see mid-high 11's. if u want a race time, tyre pressure at about 22psi and run the octane booster and take out your headlight infront of the pods to get more cold air in and u should see low 11's. also depends on how u drive and ur ability. its critical on gear shifts and how u get off the line. but after a few runs you'll find the groove and feel more comfortable launching in a race environment.
