R&R stands foir richen and retard. the rb engines when they sense too much boost the richen the fuel mix and retard the timing to "save" the engine

if the issue is from when the avcr was installed, i got another suggestion for you, get your self a hks adjustable wastegate actuator and bolt that on in replacement of the stock actuator. remove the avcr ad tune the safc with that actuator set at 12psi. i personally wouldnt go more than 10psi to conserve turbo life, but thats up to you. have u tried removing avcr and running standard boost? problem dissappear? avcr could be prob. also actuator is a cheaer and less 'cop bait' way of raising the boost and they are able to raise the boost and have no boost spike issues.

i went to see him today, he said 2k + tyres incl. gst. so around 2500 unless you already have tyres

depends, if u running a big stereo you want a bigger battery, dry cell preferably, if its just standardish stereo get a battery with about 400cca. i got a dry cell in mine with 670cca.

hate to say it mate but they are all right. if u can lose 6 points in 1 hit, or 1 nyt, you obviously learnt nothing from the suspension that you had just finished serving. you didnt respect the 1 point system and now u gotta pay for it. i copped a 12month suspension when i was younger, like 4 almost 5 years ago, and i took the 1 point thing after it, and you have to be good during that 12months coz it takes only 1 asshole cop to screw it up 4 ya. grin and bear it unfortunatly.

best place for the t-piece is right at the end of the plenum where the vac hose comes off to go to the bov. if u want a hand to install, buzz me and ill help ya out. 34 is going well. 1 rim is busted up so gotta replace it, but ther than that is good. will have to bring it on a cruise soon. prob gonna get rid of it at the end of the year so if ur gonna be in the market. lol

edd, which gauge u get? wiring wise are u talking about where to get power for the gauge, ign. acc. and earth? or the sensor unit is electrical

its not hard to remove the nismo wing off the r34. its has 4 bolts through the boot and 2 through the guards on each side. undo all these and done, wing comes off. like others have said, u can patch up the holes in the rear guards and have them re-sprayed, and the ones in the boot i believe still align with an oem wing so try that on before drilling any new holes.

its called the aapron. the metal part where you drill through for fmic piping. if i were u i wouldnt bother, just get a custom pipe made up for it to return to the standard side of the engine. no cutting needed.

standard 1 tone, 250-300, two tone around 400-500. if ur in northern burbs go GP Smash repairs in miller st, 53 or something, he does an awesome job. he done my 33 front bar and grille, which was still only in gel coat, for 300. speak to him, if u say u take the bar off and all he has to do is spray no probs. if u want him to take the bar off and then re-fit may charge a little more cos of labor.

gonna send them photos of the damage, photos of the road, and also a quote with a request for a cheque to repair/replace the rim. hopefully they just g yeh whatever, 500 buxish, pay him, done. if not ill go down to the council in person and pester the guys there. i have no issues doing that coz when i busted the rim, the right rear tyre just slightly grazed the gutter too which i only noticed tonight, so gonna bill them to have the rash removed too.

yeh got photos of the branch too. it was on the nepean hwy in brighton. ill write a letter to them. the rims is cracked so needs to be replaced. they are osaka racing rims so shouldnt have a prob. tyre is ok i think but rim will cost about 350 and 300 for tyre so ill ask for 700. ill keep every1 posted. cheers daniel

how much boost are u running? 10 psi? if thats all u want to run get an r32 wastegate actuator, they are set to 10psi, replace the actuator that the r34 has, they are the same, and then just run a hose froom the cooler piping to the actuator. done, 10psi with no boost spikes.
