    hey dogknight, if u need a lend of a standard exhaust, send me a pm. i have a standard turbo back zorst sitting in the shed. its in parts so its easy to just bolt on the cat back system. im not keen on selling it as i may need it myself if i have to go to the epa, but if u wanna lend, let me know. daniel

    14 days to go guys, hanging for this cruise and the weather is already starting to shape up for a nice days out.

    not sure how many more people are coming from the north. its looking like there is gonna be about 10 cars. then there is people from the west that will meet at the main spot and the south and east will prob use westgate to save them time and km's. if any1 else wants to come to the pre-meet, speak up, its only 2 weeks away.

    no need to do anything to the standard boost controller as it gets replaced by the manual controller. if your getting a boost t-piece like im thinking you are, the 2 hoses that run to the standard solenoid now go to the t-piece completely bypassing the standard solenoid.

    dont think so, the snorkel and top are the same but i think the bottom half is different. the n/a bottom is bigger where as the turbo 1 is smaller i think to allow the cooler pipes to pass under it.

    id go drift wing, but before you put it on and spray it all up, get the panel beater to bog all the way around the wing so it will have a seamless finish on the boot. this will stop water getting under and looks great. seamless body kits in general look good but up to you.

    hair dryer to soften the glue under there, then a sharp stanley blade and some time to remove. dont rush as u will scratch ur paint. the other stuff under there can be removed using cut and polish. when putting back on just use some double sided tape.

    u have a pic of the turbo? has it got the steel exhaust wheel or is it the compressor wheel thats steel in a series 2 not sure but 1 of them is steel.

    ash, get RE to do the work. i know 800 is a bit more than u expected to pay but, if it saves u 4g for a rebuild, i think its worth it. also ud hate for your car to go boom from over heating on the GOR cruise...lol

    alrite guys enough with the manhood talk, just thought would bring up that tonight marks only 17days til his cruis is happening. 17 DAYS... getting all so close and looks like the weather is starting to shape up for us.

    anything is possible in the world of modifications. depends on how much your willing to spend? ive seen many custom made grilles, takes time and money.

    by the look of it it comes from under the bar and allows air in through an old intercooler pipe. ie if u got a hybrid fmic kit with the crossover pipe, there is 1 hole vacated and thus by putting this on, sucks air through the bar and under the pod.

    did u upgrade the oil lines? it could also be a case of not enough oil getting around thus creating a higher temp oil.

    id be sticking to around 260rwkw. thats safe and it will extend the life more than 270-280rwkw.

    looks tuff on the 34. good luck with the sale. just 1 question, arent wings like that illegal coz they block the drivers view or something? have u had many headaches from cops in regards to it?
