  1. you wont see anything noticeable b/w front dump and split dump. IMO, and others will agree, either a front/dump in 1 from flyn. or a jjr split front/dump will be exactly the same. unless ur targeting more than 250rwkw, then either will be ok. if you want more, go a the front/dump in 1 like flyn has.
  2. when climate control is off, turn on the 2nd right hand button on the bottom right corner of climate control. the one with air flowiung in froom outside symbol. by activating this button it blocks the feet snorkel and air vents and allows excess heat to be dispersed from the heater unit to the outside instead of in the cabin at your feet.
  3. gonna do mine thi week, im just gonna use an led neon tube. see how it goes i guess but dont think there will be much diff exceot for price.

  7. prob gonna need new ecu too. 1 that isnt tuned to have a turbo like the stock ecu from the r33 gts. that might help you out but i would go see a performance shop and enquire some more. ring the Ray at RE Customs. he'll be a big help
  8. gap at 1.1 to start with, but i would recommend .8 if your running 10psi. it will definitly eliminate the possiblility of a missfire.
  9. currently insured with just cars. paying $1130 down from $1480. car is insured with aftermarket front bar, cooler, zorst and sound system to $1000. rand young and cool and guess what, 980 full comp, plus higher value on car, from 13 to 14.7k, also down goes excess to 1600 instead of 2100. go with young and cool. but hey im 22 now so bit diff but in the last 3 yrs have had a license suspension and 2 x 3 dermerit point fines so might be similar. otherwise ensure the car under a parents name and then have you as a nominated driver of less than 5% of the time. will be a little less expensive but you dont build a rating. thats my 2 cents
  10. can u do any better on plates? looking at it for a mates b'day and not wanting to spend much more than 350?
  11. hopr am still able to oredr. am after 2 pairs of front slotted rotors. could you please send a quote with postage to melb 3073?
  12. does it fit gtst or only fit gtr?
  13. yeh ill prob be down. hoping front bar and new spoiler sprayed and ready by then.
  14. yeh no dramas. for those that need a and just let me know.
  15. well in white is that gel coat white or was another car in white? if its gelo coat get some wet dry 600 grit sand paper and remove the shine from the gel coat. hit it with a primer and then sand lightly once primer is dry before applying the color. if it white coz already sprayed, then sand again with 600 grit wet dry and prime as with gel coat. primer is only necessary to see defects at all like pin holes and that so before you paint you can fix anything that is needed to be.
  16. location and price for drift spoiler?
  17. i had a cat for sale, if the guys falls through and doesnt buzz me tomoz, will pm you and ill swap it for your wing + $50 my way. its brand new, never used, s/s flanges and has a sensor port. will let you know
  18. its the genuine gtr front lip. was an option tho i think wiht the centre section or a later model front bar
  19. ok guys i fitted the front bar last nyt and too my shock it fit pretty well. all that was needed for me to do was to drill 6 holes, normal mounting points for bar and it will need a small packer under each headlight to minimize the gap, and cooler hole deepened. around the guards was perfect. it sat real good. no manipulation needed. indicators sat in the holes correctly and yeh was a good fit. cant forget to mention tho, i had to cut some of the ducting at the back for the cooler to squeese in, it is evident that the bar was designed to be mounted without the front mount and only the standard side mount. no biggy tho, angle grinderworked good. oh yeh, with regards to d1 slots in the bar, i had to remove some of the reo to allow them to sit right but thats necessary even with the gtr style bar. and if anyone gets these guys front bars and needs a hand with fittment, im more than happy to help out. daniel
  20. ground clearance is about the same. i think there is about 3mm difference with the trial sitting slightly lower. to get a shop to fit, prime and spray probably 400-500. to do your self is easy, just a light rub with 600grit wet/dry, hit it with a primer, you can by them in a can now days from supercheap, rub again with a 800 or finer grit to ensure no marking and hand over to a panel beater to spray. then like 200-250. with fitting its a matter or drilling 4 holes on the side for the gaurds and 2 at the front section for under the grill. its definitly of a more heavy duty bar, very strong and not flimsy. ill post once i get it fitted today, am working atm but later me and a mate are doing the fittment. easy. link foir this guys other items: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Brand-new-Trial-Rea...1QQcmdZViewItem thats for his trial rear bars, but when in there go to view other items from seller and it will have more. or other wise send him an email and he can let you know what he has in stock.
