theres no boost controller in between the pipe and the connection point. It jus connects straight to the intercooler pipe Thats the way it was before i changed any piping

hey guys, wat is this pipe connected too and what is it for? it was connected to the standard intercooler pipe, as shown, and the other photo shows where it is in the engine. am stuck atm with the install of the cooler, please note that the black pipe shown by itself, is the standard cooler pipe. it has a connection point circled, and that is where the small pipe in the other pic connects to need help wanna finish install tonite cheers daniel

hey guys need help, just bought a front mount kit for my skyline and need to get some assistance in how to install exactly. i have a 95 skyline 1.5. how do you install? do you need to remove the headlights as well? where is it best to mount the brackets that hold the cooler? ] any help would be good, or if any1 can give us a hand to install next week would be great. got some boys bringing their pride and joys out on october 14th (saturady) to head for a cruie, either geelong or down the mornington peninsula. Puttin out an invite to any other skyline drivers who are interested in joining in. Its NOT an OFFICIAL cruise but more of a fun day out to meet other enthusists. Meeting at 10:30am at Bell st Mc Donalds (cnr bell st and st geoges rd preston) cruise to either side of peninsula, (location tba) pick a location to stop and kick back then cruise back home WILL BE WEATHER PERMITTING. the problem your having with the back speakers is one that i have solved coz i had teh same prob, what u have is both positive of the speakers connected to 1 speaker on head unit and the 2 negatives connected to the other speaker wires from the hu. take 1 from each side and problem solved!!!

hey guys i got 2 10" comp subs in the boot of my sky, like the dude with the taped up areas showing where boxes go i got some pics of mine, ignore the fact that i havent finished carpeting the necessary areas. i have also shifted my jack to behind the extinguisher u can see in the pics, there is a small door cut out, check it out. i could have put 12" in but i kept my 10" comp subs instead and they still rattle the tits off the skyline. only 1 hint of advice is that u remove the old standard car amp, in boot next to battery mounted to underside of parcel shelf and redo all the stereo wires, clearer sound.

got a 95 S1 R33 skyline just wanna know how far every1 reckons you can boost the stock turbo without causing headaches, looking for a temporary boost in power before i carry out a full rebuild and upgrade on teh engne in march next year? i got all the gear at home sitting around til march so wanna get some of it on, like the boost controller just to see how it will go? wat psi ppl run their standard turbos at?

the calais club are gonna cruise on the 16th, keep it all the same and we'll go with them i guess. what does every1 else think of thiks date??

yeh i figured it wouldnt be cheap but atleast i can justify to myself that its been done my way and to perfection, plus other cars that are highly modified are always either thrashed or owned by p-platers. no thanks. thats the reason i bought a stock R33, intentions to mod.

as far as mods go i just imported it and it is as stock as it can be. the only thing that isnt stock is the exhaust which i have sitting at home for it (putting on this weekend) that is a kakimoto 3" that is turbo back whole lot. price guide: up to like 8-10g max over a 12month period, possibly doing most of the work myself. ive had high Kw cars before but never a turbo. 250-270rwKw car with high response would probably be more desirable. coming from a VT SS 5.7lt with 327rwKw its a big change for me so i would like as much power with good response.

what do i need to reach my want for power? whats the cheapest way about going about it? I've heard to use some parts 2nd hand but want your opinions.

r33 gtst with rb25det revs at about 2600 if i remeber correctly, could be slightly higher, would have to go for a spin around the block to tell u exactly. lol

i had my bar given to me by the olds for xmas last year. dad knew i needed a new bar (old one was damaed) and he ended up sourcing this 1 for $310, easy fit just get a panel beater to do it, most they will charge is around 200, just coz they have to blend the paint into the bonnet and guards.
