Hey got the r32 typical prob with the right hand side head light it blew a while ago and when i brought a new globe was still no good so id say i got the same light switch prob as these other people below in the links anyone here done this fix before? apparently its not that hard but im no electricion thats for sure i dont wanna take it somewhere that dosnt know there 32's to have them replace the switch and it blow again on me in 6months time. as qouted from cowie it's the current that runs through the switch that's causing the problem. It melts the little plastic pots, hence no left headlight. The fix is to wire a relay in series with the switch. This will put the high current through the relay (which is purpose built to operate at a rated current, ie. 40A) and a low current through the switch. Doing this will also bump your voltage a little so the headlight output should brighten a little. Without doing something about the high current (it's because the car is 12V) you'll keep melting headlight switches. hey im a lefty n the right 1s gone changing hands was the problem. also i got the light switch common r32 prob that there is a couple of threads on i tried changing the globe didnt work. i tried reading through those help threads aswell but they giving me headaches been meaning to get around to putting up a thread to see who can do it for me. been lazy and havnt been driving much lately

some of us only have 1 headlight and 1.5 hands round here and also other plans made prior to reading up this thread gimmie some cred im gonna be there at the start. someone organise a skyline cruize and ill make sure im there. dont like commo hero's looking for bathurst vengence on these things

just spotted flick in the vitamin c mobile posing down hindley and then hooking it onto the brige to make her getaway post haste looking clean and mean

yeah that was me, been waiting for someone to spot that sticker broken wrist finally healed so i was itching to take it out. didnt see many skylines out really couple of grey 33s rolling together on anzac and that was pretty much it. did spot some tool in a v6 vp (woulda been behind me at the lights when you spotted me) trying to get me to race him for 20mins on anzac just going next to me and punching it braking and punching it again i was just laughing at em, i mean my tyres cost more than his car. spotted 4door 34 on rundle st looking pretty sweet, i wouldnt park something like that there though.

lil off topic but last time i went there i had some fool worker there run up and start trying to tell me how his n/a supra will give my gtr a beating was annoying the hell outa me cause i was trying to explain what i needed from the owner and kept getting inturupted. gtr vs tt supra arguable , gtr vs supra n/a not applicable o and that was stock na supra it did look like they had some good stuff around the joint but they didnt have much to help me out. im guessing most of their crap will go to other wreckors around the place but if ya hear when the sale is let us know
