Hey guys, wondering if you know anyone interested I have posted this in the whole car section but thought id drop it here as well, am looking to sell this after owning it for 6 years, needs a GTR gearbox have looked at them at wreckers for around the 700 coin mark. Hi there, Have for sale 2000 RS4S Factory Manual Pearl White RB25DET NEO Mods FMIC Blitz Intake Jasma exhaust from Dump pipe back Boost Controller TT Tinted windows Blitz Bov Japanese factory HID Xenons with adjustment from in cabin Recently rebuilt and fitted Transfer case in last 6 months. As this is the factory RS4S it comes with the Autech interior with seats and gauges etc, The car has had the same owner for the last 6 years, always serviced and well looked after. Car has recently had Timing belt and all new accessory belts changed with Gates items, Fully synthetic oil and new filter every 5000kms the car runs like a dream, idles and starts first time every time. Car has had new plugs and Coil packs fitted also. Up until recently the car has not missed a beat, The gearbox has what i believe to be bearing noise, will require a new 33GTR box or at least it pulled apart but buying a second hand box is so cheap now. Main reason for sale is it sits in the shed and hasnt been used much in the last 2 years, gearbox has only had issues last month so hasnt been driven since, I priced up a GTR box 700 from most wreckers around Brisbane, and I assure this will get it back on the road, there is nothing wrong with it at all apart from the gearbox and if it wasnt for a new car wouldnt be selling it. considered parting it out but decided against that would rather sell it to someone as a nice reliable stagea. Anyway it has 160k and is in good condtion bar the gearbox. transfer case and front and rear diffs are perfect and working. 8k ono considering the price of some of the other stageas out there not trying sell this for crack money just what I believe its worth to part it out. whats left of the manual conversion, my rs4s manual gearbox or trans case has shat not 100% sure which yet, how much for trans case and box? or seperate

Well Im going on what a Mech said, basically it whine's like the ghost busters siren while driving forward, gearbox still works fine, although not driving it atm, I went origionally looking for a dead gbox or engine mount as my gbox shifts laterally on hard lock when in reverse car hasnt moved since this started to happen, currently in garage sittin till its fixed. In saying that Ive checked all the mounts they look ok but I know engine mount could potentially move enough to twist it, putting stress on the transfer creating the problem? any more thoughts

Hey guys, Couple of questions seeking some advice, apparently I have a stuffed Transfer case not 100% but my bets on its goneski, Thinking of converting it from manual 4wd to manual RWD... what is involved? I read a tutorial about how to turn them into rwd is it just a matter of removing front driveshafts and pulling the fuse? Also what are my chances of getting a transfer case for the car? does any other model apart from the RS4S for fit? my thoughts were RB25 33 box and tailshaft etc and removing the front driveshafts? any help on this would be fantastic cheers

Hey guys posting on behalf of a mate just wants this stuff gone thought I'd chuck these up here aswell s14 apexi n1 rear coilovers great condition no longer needed have gone back to stock to soften it up as nsw roads are crap.. $400 s14 front shocks with lowered springs 30mm lower then stock an firmer ride to.. $150 blitz dual turbo timer comes with everything $60 set of r33/ s14 stockos with tyres all tyres should pass rego not 100% wheels in good condition for drag slicks or drift rims $300

Yeh its a manual. Um didnt want to trim reo bar as accident an insurance will most probs void it as i remember. Um AC works fine without it an we have had some hot days in last few weeks in bris. Grill looks mint black dunno are they meant to be chrome finish?? car goes good with more boost and specially at night with that cooler, works well good bang for buck upgrade

FMIC = good now i know how to put one on it, was a totally F***EN mission to begin so much for a easy session haha. but AC is working fine without the fan we will be putting on a thin davey craig or somthing soon when we get a chance for summer. I figure the the radiator one is drawing a fair bit through anyway Cooler looks tops and is indeed very stealth even though it is polished silver.

Mention that it was totally stock as a rock when we bought it, since have added, cooling pro fmic, rims, pod filter, gauges and sound sys. Next mods are exhaust, injectors, bigger turbo an tune bring on the power

I just want to know as people have said it won't fit a s2 without issues have people got these and happy with them

hey guys looking at dump pipes, found the just jap ones for 200 stainless, ive been told that the dumps need to drop down further and kick up again near the cat to avoid the floor, they have told me at just jap this will fit without any dramas anyone back this up it looks to have a kick up at the rear of the dump. just want to make sure its all sweet http://justjap.com/store/product.php?produ...at=0&page=1

As above looking at a HKS cat back will a 97 RS4 fit a newer model 00 RS4S ? cheers Luke
