  1. what do you mean cutting out? if, f.i. when suddenly the turbo stops boosting (boost is -7: vacuum) - this means you need to change oil.
  2. ok. i've tested Blitz SBC iD-II on my car and it works MUCH better than AVCR. No boost spikes, handles boost much smoother and VERY EASY to install and to set it up. Just set desired boost and run, not like APEXi's stuff, where you have to play with RMP/Duty settings to get rid of spikes...
  3. >drop the clutch, feed the throttle By doing this my wheels spin whole 1st and half second gear
  4. i was planning to set it to GTS-T ECR33
  5. ok. i found it.. but there are tubes coming to it. how do i connect those tubes when cansiter is removed?
  6. Guys, how do you start on GTS-T? i know, you make tire pressure lower, but how do you play with clutch?
  7. How does it look? Cause i can't even find the word for this unit in russian, so don't understand what it's look like
  8. yes, AVCR has much more features than Blitz... but if you buy optional harness and Power Meter BLitz will have more features. Today i will be comparing solenoids of Blitz and AVCR. Will let you know the results.
  9. i know it is a silly question, but i don't understand what it is and where is it located?
  10. true :D:D it's switched correctely. will be trying to play with its settings
  11. need it urgently
  12. cheaper? Blitz costs more than AVCR
  13. I'm using APEXi AVC-R to control boost and SAFC to control fuel mixture, have stock turbo and stock intercooler. But i can't keep my boost even at 0.9 bar... first gear - boost go to my target 0.9 bar, then i switch to second gear there is a huge spike happens up to 1.05-1.1, and then pressure goes down and down while the revs go higer, the most drop happens at 6500 - 7000 revs, i can't even keep my boost at 0.7 on the second gear. then i switch to third (spike again) - same situation but boost is a bit higer - it stays at 0.7 - 0.8 bar. and goes down with revs going higher. forth gear is awesome - first is a small spike then boost goes down abit up to -0.05 bar from the target and then it goes up to 0.9 and stays there... so, what i can't understand is what is the difference between revs at 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears? why i can't keep boost at 2nd and 3rd, but it's ok on 4th? is it i should configure AVC-R somehow more complex? i tried to make rev specific map for boost and make higher boost at 5500 - 7000 revs than it should. but there is still a drop did anyone have such problem?
  14. Tomorrow or the next day i will be testing blitz SBCid II. will let you know the results. currently running AVC-R.
  15. you are too late with answer gapped them to 0.8mm, car is a rocket now! i guess sprak plug gap is the first mod for your car
  16. I have Autolite APP 3924-11 spark plugs, what gap should i set them to? 0.7mm , 0.8mm or 0.9mm?
  17. it has a wire that connects to the stock O2 sensor
  18. My Apexi turbo timer shows it... but it actually sucks, i tried to make a very rich mixture, there is a black smoke from the exhaust, but Apexi still shows 14:1 no Dynos here.... Franks, check engine didn't flash - should it? but yes, i think it "sounded like a tin can shaking around with nutz and bolts in it". just didn't know how to describe it... i will try to configure the knock sensor on the SAFC and see if it is a denotatation or not.
  19. Can you tell me your SAFC configuration (airflow corrections), after you have run it on Dyno. i heard you fixed your fuel mixture with it... would be very appreciated. thanks.
  20. No pros here all is done by myself.. learning from the start
  21. mine stays at 0 all the time... didn't figure out why.
  22. can the detonation happen on rich mixture? because it backfires on 1.0 bar too but it looks like it detonate... it also backfires on 0.5 bar. i thought that detonation happen only when the fuel mix is too lean, but how then the backfire happens?
  23. today i've installed SACFII and AVCR. i'm going to run 1.0 bar pressure on stock turbo, but there is some kind of a sound like iron knock... is it a detonation? i've also a backfire always above 0.5 pressure... hope the spark plug gap to 0.7 will fix it. what i would like to know is will the lower gap (0.7) fix my problem of backfier or not? btw, i'm trying to measure the A/F ratio with Apexi turbo timer thanks.
  24. did anyone use it? crap or good?
  25. this is what i understood... upgrade your fuel pump - the pressure will be the same and engine will get as much fuel as it needs, but once you upgrade your engine - it wil lreuqire more fuel and will automatically increase its flow.. but if you don't have pump, you won't receive more fuel.
