so i was sitting at the front desk at my work this morning and i got a phone call from a courier saying he has a delivery for me so im like cool bring it to me. 2 minutes later this ethnic comes in with a f**king pallet with an rb26 on it and i was like ohh f**k. pallet is sitting in the middle of my shop with an engine on it haha\ for those that dont know i work in a boutique jewellery store and the engine is sittting outside in plane view of the customers haha i chucked a blanket on it but its not really helping lol. my mates coming to pick it up at 5.30 im just happy the boss isnt here haha. then ill bring it to the mechs on the week end and we shall begin again

i only found a couple of companies thaty made the full door out of carbon, price was extremely high over 5000, the seibon ones thet i have played around with on my mates evo were the biggest flamin mongrel of a thing to fit, they say straight fit so they should bolt on and a lil massage and they should fit yeah....dicks mate...this thing was at the panel shop for 3 weeks just for the doors.

just an update ill be dropping off 2 pairs of rims to these guys this week sometime my 19inch vs-kf's and a set of oz racing futuras getting the 19,s made to 10inch fronts with a +0 offset and the rears in -20 offset and 12inches wide getting the 17's in the same sizes and offsets 17's will only take a couple of weeks but the 19's will take about 10 weeks + because they r custom and have to make a custom spinner to make the dish. ill get photos soon

dude they look tuff as i would go bolt on flares (this is what im dojng lol) its alot harder (dare i say uglier) on 4 doors but u have the right idea if u want a lil less dish there is a place in victoria that redo just the dish for 2 and 3 piece rims if u want details find a thread that i started recently called work wheel question... its not expensive at all (i got quoted 180-190 for 19's) so urs should be cheaper to get made 1 inch thinner and then they will fit a bit easier my best mate has a s14a with 11.5inch fronts and 12.5 inch rears, rears are a minus 26 offset and he has got no bolt on flares or nothing just rolled, flared and pumped (hard). but i guess its different for a 4dr

what state r u in buddy i know a place that makes the outer dish so u can go 10.5 inches wide if u like and still have the thinner ones at home as well. i think it only cost like 180 a wheel as well let me know and ill get his details for u cheers julz

hay guys what color should i paint my rocker covers on my 26/30. i have a tomei engine ornament plaque thing but need the covers all painted up. my plenum will probs be black and the turbo kit all chrome finish. give me some ideas what u reckon no yellow or orange please and no stock colors. i like the mines purple but have found it impossible to find any info about it anywhere.

head should have arrived today but didnt hopefully will be here tomorrow and ill get it to sabadins by the weekend. block is i think nearly finished at the machinists so we r getting there. my mate shane from psi parts has a diffuser sitting in his garage for me so ill be down there in a few weeks to fit that bady boy up. other than that not much buddy.

buddy listen to me. what u wanna do is possible but u need some serious cash and u will have no interior, no ac, no comfort at all, u wont be able to drive it on the street either. ill break it down for u coz ive gone thru this before and only went half way. ill list u things u will need and rough prices carbon bonnet - sunline racing was the lightest i found and come in 3 different forms, stage one was - 3000 carbon with plastic fibres stage 2 was - 4000 carbon with carbon fibres stage 3 was 5000 carbon with kevlar fibres all different weights the more u spend the lighter it gets. top secret carbon trunk - around 1400 there are other brands starting at around 650 but they were still heavier and usually a fiberglass with carbon overlay. carbon doors - there were many to choose from starting at around 2000 for the shitty seibon ones which they say are bolt on no problems but believe me there is alot of f**kiong around the best ones i found were from sunline also but u r looking at 3000-4000 sunline racing carbon door trims - these r probably the nicest ones u will find imo they still retain all the electrics in the door. i have these in my car and i f**king love them 1500-2000 depending on who u get to bring them in for u carbon front guards - these replace the heavy metal guards factory cars have, i only found 2 options and that was to either buy after market z tune guards from mu secret for around 1200 or buy genuin z tune guards from nissan and u can imagine the price they would have then little things like mirrors - side skirts tail light coverings these are little things but u can still change all of them to carbon fibre if u really want then move to the interior carbon fibre dash - 5000+ carbon backed seats ie sparco or brise 3000+ so far u are up to 18000-30000 depending on the brand u get. then get lighter rims enkei and te37sl are the lightest i can think of now 3000+ dude seriously im not writin any more unless ur super rich u arent doing this. if the 26 is not "big" enugff for u, u can stroke it about a billion different ways. have a nice day do keep us up to date with what u end up doing cheers julz

bro seriously just do the gtr conversion at the fron, then go an aftermarket front bumper for a gtr, get gtr z tune guards and bonnet, if u go a carbon bonnet u dont need to change the latch if u go pins just remove the latch assembly (this is what i have done) but u might get pulled over a lil bit lol.

although this is a lil off topic that hail destroyed my lexus. it ended up getting written off a few weeks later... im still deastated about it

20k is a f**king great budget this is what u need turbo (gt35, 3076r etc) manifold injectors external gate exhaust mods big cooler (nothing chinese) fuel pump ecu clutch other than that its just the little things like gaskets, dash fittings, catch tanks etc (there is lots of little things as well to consider like if u wanna go forgies etc but u should really go speak to a mechanic about the price of what they charge but u can definately build a fast and reliable lil package for 20k) id look at a brake and diff upgrade as well let us know how u go cheers julz

3076r for street to4z or gt35r for drag 3076r is still farily responsive and will get u 300+
