gumball 3000 is like 3000 MILES not 1900 kms i drove from brissy to melbourne in 14.5 hours once dude. wouldnt that be great all these rich mofos come in their ferraris and lambos and shit and drive for approx 10 hours (going by the footage i have seen on the net of guy doing some seriously stupid speeds) and then they get to the end and have their lil party get back on the plane and go home all over in one day that would be really really gay imo

if u can afford aferrari then i dont think u would be worrying about a house mate most ferrari owners probably own 3 or 4 houses me reckons a ferrari is a status thing a gtr is not. not even a z tune your comparing apples to oranges mate ferrari v gtr obviously the gtr is faster but it doesny compare to the italian land mark. i dont think a ferrari owner would really care if a gtr could beat him because even though a every third person on the street would look at your r34 gtr and say oooohhh thats nice. every single person on the street would look at your ferrari and say f**k me thats nice wish i had one and the wheels r gay. leave the stockies

howdy all as topic says its time to sell my baby quick description 1989 GTR gun metal grey 5 speed manual rb26dett twin turbo motor ok after buying my car 6 months ago i have decided to sell it. when i bought the car it wasnt in the best condition mechanically so i have gone a done a few things to her. these include replaced motor (65,000kms) new clutch new clutch master cylinder new fuel pump new radiatior new ac condensor replaced cooler new remote oil filter new upper and lower control arms new radius arms new driveshafts front and rear new diffs front and rear i replaced the seats but they still have a minor tear in one might replace with something after market my car already had 17x9inch volk racing 5 spoke rims 3 inch trust cat back exhaust and tein coilovers with whiteline racing springs it has air filters in it but i will change to hks ones that i have at home somewhere after market steering wheel will add more when i get home where i have the list of every thing that has been done the car is running soundly and is complete i just need to get brakes which i have ordered and will put on when they arrive there is no stereo in at the moment and probably wont be later. im in no hurry to sell as i have no licence for the next 12-13 months this car has cost me $31,000.00 to get to the level that i have gotten it to and i am very pleased the mechanical side of things was $16,000.00 alone i will not be selling this car with rwc or rego as i have no licence but the car is in a full roadworthy condition because that was my main concern with it. and i work 6 days a week so time is not very manageable for me all inspections welcome price is $25,000.00 may trade for something of interest but much lesser value with a cash adjustment (180, r32 gtst) i know im asking alot but after the time and effort (and money) gone into it this is what the car is worth to me so please dont whore my page with "thats a bit much for a gtr" just pm me if u really want me to know that would be appreciated contact detail home after 6.30pm daily 98467509 email - [email protected] thanks julz pics up tonight when i get home.

cooler pod good brake pads boost controller should set u back about the 15hunge mark. if u get everything at the right price u should be able to get a dyno run as well.

this thread sucks but to kill time at work. r32 but only the gtr r34 but on gtt and gtr i dont count the 31 or 33 on my list coz they just arent my cup of tea did i say this thread was pointless u should have done a poll on which skyline every body has it would show better results than a post war imo

dont waste your time on a non turbo. i did that with my first car and with in 3 months sold that and bought the twin turbo variant (supra to supra tt) plus u have a porche 944 y would u go back 15 steps and get a gts. personally i wouldn't even get a gtst but hay each to their own.

if i had 64 grand i would buy a r34 gtr not that ugly pos. but each to their own i guess some people like extreme wideness - i guess that they r trying to make up for something.....

Hay guys whats happening. just thought i should share my joy with my SAU brothers and let every body know that after 6 f**ken huge months the beast is home now with every thing doen (except for the brakes i ran out of money but will get them in a couple of weeks) after buying the car on september 30th last year and towing it straight to my uncles garage the following has been done new motor new turbos new clutch new clutch master cylinder new front diff new radiator new rear diff new upper control arms (front and rear) now lower control arms (front and rear) new adjustable height tein coilovers with white line springs new steering wheel new seats (grade 4 1 tear in drivers seat and slight smudge in passenger) there is a few other things as well but i will edit the post when i get home and try to put a pic or 2 up as well im at work at the moment any way i have no licence so on saturday night instead of going out i literally just sat in the drivers seat with a massive smile on my face waiting for the clock to tick away lol regards julz

mate ive owned a bmw before the money that i spent on that thing doesnt even come close to owning and maintaing a gtr. eg i had my bmw fro 18-21 yeah 2 services a year and tyres once a year all up around $3000.00 my gtr has cost me a engine replacement and a whole lot of other shit all up $12,000.00 in 7 months of owning do the maths chief what would u prefer.

not a fan. just dont like it front looks mad rear looks f**ken ghay.

i used to have a supra, but dont waste your time on a non turbo one. go the tt for sure if thats want u want. id take my old supra over my gtr any day mate. but make sure that u get at least a 95 model and the upgrade the front and rear head lamps to the us spec clear glass shit. much better look imo
