  1. You'd be in the "Does epic skids and spits the diff bushes out the back" group.
  2. You mean like build a racing simulator? As that was my thought... But I have a set of A70 Supra Seats for that... No room for other shit... LOL
  3. What he said...
  4. Needs a flame choon...
  5. The police cars are "stock". By stock I mean, they get sump protectors, gearbox protectors, they actually get SOFTER suspension (It's noted as being FE1.5) FE2 is in the S and SS range, being 20% stiffer then normal commodores. FE1.5 is 15% stiffer, this is done to allow the cars to hop the centre islands in a more controlled fashion. They get better brake PADS in them. The older Police cars (And I'm yet to confirm if they still do it in the new ones) also ran a mildly different tune. And by tune, I mean they raised the idle so the police comms equipment didn't drain the battery while sitting idle for long periods of time (IE, Radar duty). They're definitely not lower, as they have to be able to jump gutters quickly, lowering them would end in devastation...
  6. The club itself is pushin to hold cruises once a month to every second month so that we at least have an event each month. You should look into joining up, the benefits such as discounted entry to events, discounted insurance etc, pay off very quickly. Feb's event will be posted by Wednesday.
  7. Use it as a parts car, buy my shell, make it go racing?
  8. Why not use it as a donor to put parts on the straight shell?
  9. I have some wood that I need to burn off... Care if I bring it to the car burning party? Care to explain why the whole tank had to be replaced? :S
  10. Oh, well I call that Karma then. No sympathy. Sorry.
  11. One: Holy thread revival bat man! Two: If they had red and blue flashing lights, why was your mate trying to out run them? Something to hide?
  12. If you had the wheels off, and you grabbed the brake rotor, it WILL move around. The wheel holds the brake rotor tight. Sometimes they lock on nice and tight to the studs (Your left hand side) other times they near on fall off. Try and shake it around with the wheel bolted on tight.
  13. Neil, you has PM.
  14. Suction cap for the GoPro camera would be the best. What panel is it? It might be easier to get in behind it. As to the marks, cut and polish should take them off.
  15. The only way the motors are moving to get the sumps off Neil is if someone takes them, or as I push them off the trailer into the tip... LOL PS: If anyone wants them, put your hand up NOW!
  16. Neil if you want to pickup some dead RB30s you can have them and the sumps that are on them...
  17. Neil, as I said, interchangeable... The only way you have issues is putting a 25 onto a 30... You should be sweet, but you'll lose some of the drainage whatsy ma call its that are in the 25 sump.
  18. That is an oil drain, and nothing to do with VCT. It's on the wrong cam to start with for VCT! Keep it connected, get it fitted to run into the sump directly. Get the VCT connected. HUGE benefits.
  19. Neil, the RB25 and RB30 sumps ARE interchangeable, the only issue you will have with using an RB25 sump on an RB30 is that it has fins/wings on it that the RB30 crank will hit.
  20. Some people do turn around at the halfway house, gives you a good hour of cruising on some beautiful roads!
  21. Yes, you WILL have to rewire shit.
  22. DO IT MATT!
