  1. you know whats even easier? Turn up to the SAU Nats, which pits everyone against each other, then just tell Ash to keep a track of points for each state and we can declare which state wins...
  2. yep, iirc, it may be possible in other states too. Its classified as conducting a time trial, even if youre not timing it!
  3. I know what you really want to ask is can you eat my poo poo...
  4. Oh god... A microtec... Pull your ebay turbo off, pull the looking like aftermarket manifold off. Shove it and the microtec on ebay. Buy a standard exhaust manifold, and purchase a stao high flow with Adaptronic ECU. Reliable turbo, fixed up exhaust system + decent ECU all done quickly and easily. Don't waste money tuning it twice.
  5. No pressure source, it won't really open. My 14PSI gate won't open without a pressure source on it. And I'm betting it's a stock ECU... Since everythign else sounds stock...
  6. It was quiet because what he means by "Connecting waste gate" is he put the pressure lines to it, now the waste gate opens to properly control boost, but it is venting to atmo as no one bothered to plumb it back. My guess is that the guy bought all that stuff on ebay second hand, and the turbo was never plumbed back considering it was bought as a project after the car was purchased after it had been sitting for practically 5 years...
  7. Aggravated burnouts are actually defined in nsw road rules. From memory its spinning the tyres for more than 3 seconds or something. Also the worst part is, you can be booked for street racing in NSW, without any other cars being around!
  8. Did you read what has been written above?
  9. Is Brian your real name? Are you THE buster?
  10. Wait, how do you get charged for her sending you photos? She u/16?
  11. or he's like gus from breaking bad and ya'll too stupid to see he's running drugs and having people killed...
  12. So somehow if youre on bail you've been arrested?

    R33 N1

There are certain things removed, but they also have "extras" like air ducts etc, which are noted in the ad as being removed.
  14. i see your engine doesn't enter vacuum on gear shifts... Or need high octane fuel the moment the throttle is jumped back on after a gear shift...
  15. Seen plenty of cars come off jacks, had my own do it before too, ive also watched a scissor jack turn into a giant banana when a car was up on one, and fell off it while a bolt was being undone in the engine bay. Jack became completely useless... Luckily no one was under it.
  16. I'm more interested in why you're not allowed to attend your funeral?
  17. Spacers appear to be between the top of the bracket, and the bonnet. You just throw some washers in and job done. It's how I had mine... But I have and inch high of washers... ROFL!

    R33 N1

But it's missing the N1 bits and pieces...
  19. Limiter bashing wont hurt a box. It will however smash an oil pump. I can testify to that! Last i heard my gearbox that i abused with about 480hp has gone in to a VL, which i believe is making around 600HP and being flogged daily behind an RB30E. No issues from the box. Shift it nicely and gearbox wont break at all.
  20. Tits is correct. Most people say the r33 gtst box is easily good for 450rwkw. The issue in them is synchros, which die on standard power. Just be nicer when shifting and itll help save the synchros. Other wise do as i taught the boys at the nats to do. While stationary, select second, Dial in 7000rpm or just shy of, side step the clutch. Allow smoke to ensue...
  21. Bunta, go with the Select ECU. It's a great ECU for the price, and unless you need/want the super advancement of the E1280S, the Select ECU is really what you want. I ran the E420C (With one of the very first few plug in looms for my R33) and never ever had an issue due to it being sequential. Oh and you can't beat ease of installation! Run one vacuum line to inside the car, unplug old ECU, plug in new ECU, plug in vacuum line you just ran. Send car to tuner.
  22. Block it and avoid the engine sucking in oil vapour is the main reason. If your "breather" on the atmo can is a mini filter, the air in the cam covers is "filtered" but full of all sorts of vapours that most people don't want in their engine for performance reasons.
  23. Huge cams, with huge overlap will cause a severe lack of vacuum.
  24. If you have another rim/tyre sitting around that can be bolted on, bolt it on. If it can't be bolted on but you have a spare, throw it under the sill of the car, at least then the car has something to land on when the jack fails.
