  1. Will do. Thanks @PranK
  2. I'll try to be there again Neil for words of encouragement!
  3. Hey @PranK, there's a few people on the Skylines Australia Facebook group complaining of this saying they are getting it so much they're struggling to get on to SAU to post at all. Are we able to get a trial with ads turned off or something to see if it stops the problem for a week?
  4. This thread needs updates, skid vids, dyno results from Cam upgrade, anything, just post it!
  5. I also get this screen, but sometimes without the pop up. The interesting part is if you try and go to that ads site, or google them, they don't seem to exist (They didn't about 2 weeks back when I looked anyway)
  6. So you're saying you're left with a car with an absolute max weight of 1,400KG... Not a lot of wiggle room if you need to carry tyres, fuel, or much else. Plus it has a max tow ball weight of 100KG... So at max trailer weight you don't get near the 10% towball weight... That'll make that trailer so nice and easy to tow... Not... Plus a kerb weight of 1716KG, add your 100KG tow ball weight on and you've only got 400KG of in car weight you can carry before you're over your GVM... So put two adults in at say 80KG each, you now have 240KG of in cabin weight you can add... Not a lot of room weight wise for tool boxes, fluids, the tyres and fuel that really can't go in the trailer as it'll end up over weight soon... Personally I'd stick to something with better specs.
  7. So long as you drain the oil, coolant, and all fuel out of it before hand.
  8. I got hit just now with this one: Unfortunately I missed the second screen shot of the tulpa server part as my phone was going spastic. This time how ever this add did kick in by: I wasalready on the forums main screen, I scrolled down and clicked into the ideas and feedback area. It half loaded the ideas and feedback area and then redirected me. Using the back button this time did get me straight back to the ideas and feedback section.
  9. Oh the below is one I screen shot the other day.
  10. I'm not sure if it's ads or not Christian. It does a complete redirect to a different site, then puts a popup on. Makes the phone vibrate like crazy. It is honestly more like spam than from the ad server. But it only happens on Sau I get it mostly going to say.com.au, but also sometimes get it when I follow a link to a different section of the site or into a thread. When I hit the back button my phone won't even Register that I was on the site I wanted (so it seems like its getting into your headers and copping a redirect somewhere) So say I'm on Google.com.au and then I type into the address bar Sau.com.au I end up at a set of tulpaserv.com or some such, smash the back button and I'm straight back to google.com Next time it pops up I'll screen shot it
  11. Spam on Android Phone Hey all, I use a Google phone (An LG Nexus 5X), I use the Chrome browser to view all websites, including SAU. I can browse for an hour straight on normal sites, not an issue, but the moment I get to SAU my phone is highjacked by spam off to "You've won a new phone" "You've won this" etc etc It's a royal pain in the ass, and it's stopping me from browsing to SAU, and considering most of my SAU time is done these days off my mobile phone, that's a real PITA! Has anyone else come across this?
  12. I was expecting 700 dorrar ctp this year. Came in at 500. No special connections, just rang and paid. That was 12months on a LandCruiser.
  13. Actually there's no technical or legal reason why you can't. There is no Law against an older engine in a newer car. What the law does state is that the emissions must meet that of the newest items, either the car, or the engine. Therefore if you drop all the RB25 emissions gear on, the setup is fine. Depending on state you may need an engineers cert for the capacity increase.
  14. Have fun mate! Remember that tyre warm up just like we practiced in Adelaide...
  15. @PranK, the wide banners are back. This one was in NsW members section, not sure if it's a setting per area?
  16. Only other thing is my avatar doesn't seem to be working. I think Luke (from whoretown) has the same issue too.
  17. Also just realised (as a small ad appeared up top) that the same big ass ads are appearing right at the very bottom (at least when at the main forum screen.
  18. I've put up two screen shots, one "normal" the other one having to scroll over of the same ad.
  19. Hey prank, when on the mobile site (not the app) the adverts at the top span way wider than the screen. It's a PITA as when you go to flick down while reading the screen goes sideways. Also when you click the button to see the menu pop up for notifications etc. Because the screen is so wide from the advert, you need to scroll sideways. I thought it was going to be just the new numberplate advert. But now another one is doing the same.
  20. In my experience with them they're also normally captive meaning the spring needs to be compressed while the wheel is at full droop, or the bottom shock nut has to be undone and the bottom of the shock comes out first.
  21. Great to hear some rear traction is back Neil! Edit: Though when I last saw her she drove very nicely, on a circuit that is
