Ethanol doesn't rust out the fuel lines... ...I'm pretty sure that "opinion" came from people using Bio-Diesel containing Ethanol as the "active" ingredient, where it was cleaner than normal Diesel and would clean out the fuel systems... ...Which meant you'd have to keep changing the fuel filter until the fuel system was clean and the injectors would sometimes clog... Ethanol can eat through the materials that are used for gaskets... ...Ie. paper, rubber, silicone, cork, felt, neoprene, nitrile rubber, fiberglass, or a plastic polymer... Just like rubbing alcohol can eat away at the surface of a CD... ...Ethanol eats away at the gaskets depending on what they are made of... And while ethanol won't do much to most metals... ...I think (I was never good at high school Chem) ethanol can eat away at iron... ...but it isn't technicality "rust" as such because I don't think it is classed as oxidation because most alloys that engine parts are made of are resistant to oxidation... ...the ethanol is just picking on the iron parts... I hope that kinda makes sense... ...I haven't studied in about 10 years... ...So I could be totally wrong and talking out of my ass...

Gunmetal 32 GT-R on The Force (Ch7) now...

My car is stock and at the last RE Customs Dyno day I got close to 150kWs and I'm sure I had been using the United 98 for at least a few weeks leading up to that... ...I had a discount card that a mate had given me and the one in Springvale is right next to my office... Since then, when I had my last service, I was back down to around 140kWs and I've been using Caltex 98... ...Moneys been a little tight with the cutback of hours at work and the cost of fuel... ...So it is shopping dockets for me at the moment... I doubt the fuel is the only reason for the drop in power... ...but it could be a factor...

Load... ...*guh-haa*... ...blown...

Hahaha... I was going to post that to YouTube... ...But I'll wait for the next one... ...I think I might still have the one where the guys were recording hoons... ...Poor boys had clogged pores and looked like virgins... ...Oh well...

Gahhh... ...Slow internet connection!!!... ...Would have posted before you... Saw you zip right to get around that truck and then have to zig back in front of it to miss that little red car trying to turn right... ...and then zag back into the right lane... Also saw another Silver 33 about an hour earlier on Springvale Rd near the rail crossing... ...Had a really low rear bar... ...and looked kinda like someone had gone to town with some sand paper on the boot lid where the GT-R badge would be if it was a GT-R...

Hahaha... ...I've been thinking of this for a while... There's a guy in QLD that has made a fully electric Toyota Echo... ...I was thinking of doing it to a skyline... ...But dropping in two or three electric motors...

Saw Matt today in his Black RE Customs 34... ..as well as a silver 33 with the grey bottom following him... Also saw a Black 33 for sale in a front yard in Noble Park with a white 34 with a large black wing and a blue squiggle / writing down the side... ...I think I've seen it at Parkmore a few times too...

I saw this one a week ago and it wouldn't load correctly... ...I went into it a few times because I thought it was my connection being stupid again... ...I think it might have been a post that was going up just as the servers went down... ...Just an idea... As for learning Japanese... ...Find a Japanese girl that speaks English just enough to know when you're going for her boobs you're not a freak and start by learning body parts... For example... ...Manko - まんこ... ...Mange - まんげ... ...Chinpo - ちんぽ... ...Chinge - ちんげ... Oh... ...and make sure she knows a little something about cars... ...Reading Option Mag is a bitch when she doesn't know the Japanese kangi for FMIC...

I missed this one the first time round... He was drinking and his actions before the accident can be viewed as a lead up cause to the accident... ...because he was tail gating and intimidating you... ...He could have slammed the breaks on you knowing you'd hit him... ...(I've had it done to me)... ...because he was pissed off you were doing the right think and sticking to the speed limit and he couldn't get past... First see if you can get in contact with his insurance... ...least of all let them know he was drinking and had an accident... Second... ...spend a couple of bucks and get a lawyer to put together a letter with the threat of action... Thing is... ...It's three months down the track... ...Don't really know how lucky you'll be... ...At least have some fun F@#$ing with this guy...

I think I've seen this one around near my parents place... ...Can't be 100% sure if it was a woman driving it...

CEREAL!!!... Any area where there are flashing lights it is down to 60km... ...I was on it a few weeks back coming out of the tunnel and it was down to 40km and only 2 lanes... ...but it was like 4am as well... ...so not so busy...
-
You got rolled by that cop...

Spotted a black 33 on the NEWS!!!... Lost his car for being 53km over the limit in the construction zone... Let this be a lesson to everyone... ...The limit on the Monash is 60Km!!!...

It's the ones like your example that irk me the most... ...a lot have their seat so low I'm sure they can't see the bonnet because of the cluster... A few weeks ago on Springvale Rd I saw a car broken down in the right lane... ...they had their hazards on and were standing on the median and I didn't really think much of it as traffic seem to be going around fine... ...few days after that I bumped into an old CFA friend who told me about an accident where she had to cut three kids out of the back of a car... ...the kids were all in the back of the car I saw because dad thought it would be safer for them to stay there while he kept an eye out for the RACV... ...The person that hit them was believed to have only just gotten her license after getting a visa to stay in Australia... ...My friend also thought she was in her 450s or 50s... So Saturday night when I saw another car broken down in the right lane on South Rd I had to turn back and check to make sure everything was ok... ...This one had a woman with her teenage son in the front and a young girl in the back... ...they were also waiting for the RACV... ...So I told the teenager to hop out and take his sister to the median and then come back and we'll push the car up onto the median... I would have thought people would have more sense these days...

That's kinda what I've been looking for... ...Kinda drops straight down from the hips and hugs the ground...

Westall Rd heading towards Princess just before the hump around 6:45pm... Silver 33 (S2?) with SAU stickers in the left lane... ...I was in the right lane... ...Flicked my left indicator once once I came to a stop at the lights...
-
Spotted a number of 33s around Dandy today... ...nothing too stand out really... Saw a red 33 as I was pulling into my GFs place this afternoon... ...He flashed his lights at me and gave a wave... ...I returned the wave... I think he flashed because I had my lights on... ...I tend to drive with them on most of the time...

Shit man... ...Sorry to hear about that... I know my car can been seen from the street... ...but with two other cars in front of it and another three closer to the street... ...all behind a six foot steel gate with motion lights... ...I hope it just looks like too much effort to get to mine... But if they want to get to it... ...they'll get to it... ...that's just the sad fact of it...
