the strap hit my front bar then went under, when i pulled over it wasnt there. tried walking back looking for it but fark on a freeway at night time... not a good idea

when i picked up my car few months ago paint was brand new pretty much, and now its full of stone chips thanks to these kunts! just the other day on the ring road this loose harness that was tying something underneath a truck comes off (doing 100Ks) and comes flying towards my car smashing into my front bar. beeped and highbeamed the dickhead and he wouldnt stop and today again on the freeway some rocks come flying out of a truck and into my front windscreen and we werent even in the same lane! question is, where can i make complaints etc about these pricks? someone is gonna pay for a new respray and its not gonna be me thats for f**king sure! /rant thank you bitches
