Only 4 door 32 ive ever liked was Nick's old car. Thing was neat and subtle. As for getting pulled over, wrong place/time you'll always get done, doesn't matter how you drive. Having a black, white, silver etc car also helps cos it doesn't catch the copper's eye as much as something like bright red...

so today my car's speedo started playing up first, it wouldn't read past 110km/h instead it would just drop to 0km/h and stay there until i went below 110km/h then it would start to read again few hours later, it stayed glued to 0km/h and my check engine light came on and stayed on. switched the car on/off and drove around and it was the same, speedo not working at all and engine light on anyone have a clue on what could be the problem? thanks

i dont usually drive it on really hot days so i only noticed it last sunday while on the freeway. it was ~38 deg outside. turned off the aircon as soon as i saw the needle going over half way then it dropped again

you were talking about paying cash for a house, if you have enough cash to pay for a house then you can easily afford a few properties using the same money im no expert, but i know of people who have done exactly that. a family friend being 1 of em, but instead of a few different properties he just bought 1 massive piece for 300K (got lucky) in South Morang, built 12 units in it and easily made $1 mill just in profit. like i said if you know what you're doing and what to look for and where to look for then it can be done, easier for some than others

if you know what you're doing and what you're looking at, you'd take out a loan for the house you wanna live in use your own money/savings to buy a few properties and make money off em. then with the profit you can pay most/all of your loan off you'll get backe most/all of your savings and you'll have a brand new house with no debt
