they're really not as bad as people make em out to be, newer ones anyway.. ive driven a ve ss 6 litre 6 speed it felt MASSIVE compared to my 34 but would still eat it in straight line lol also driven a supercharged vy r8 now that was quick... i still would never pay money for a holden though

lol people actually driven said commos or you just making judgement based on what you've heard/read? yes they're not the best around corners but even something like a ve ss only needs 1 or 2 straights to more than make up for the time lost through corner. as for the audis, each to their own. quality car slammed on quality meshies will always be a win for me

do NOT do the "tape the coilpacks mod" i did that, car drove fine for a day or 2 then whenever i put my foot down hard car went nowhere...literally took out coilpacks and the tape had melted loose and was all over the place stupidity on my behalf but meh live and learn. resetting ecu (disconnecting negative terminal for a day) is fine, ive done it heaps of times with no probs. are you sure you havent unplugged anything and forgotten about it? or any loose clamps etc? go over your engine bay and check all hoses/plugs etc carefully just my 1.98cents
