Ok this is mostly for guys who have rb25 hiflows on there rb20s I put this turbo on the weekend, everything seems ok, smooth boost throught the rev range and i can feel the difference in top end yadda yadda. But why when i snap it from first to 2nd it just bogs down and has to build boost again, there is no wheelspin. I dont know maybe i was expecting too much.. id like to here others opinons. Mtq hiflowed the turbo.. but s**t it seems real laggy. The only thing i can think of why its laggy is the rb20 elbow is still on there temporarly? Experiances is all im really after. Cheers Raz

ive got a turbo about 1-2mm of shaft play though.. ran fine on my car...

As the title says i need one for my highflow rb25 turbo on the rb20. Im using the rb20 on e at the moment which has been redrilled and 1 bolt still wont fit. Cheers!

Don't waste your time with squid bike that will kill your rists hurt your back after 20mins riding, get a bike with upright position...like a motard

This may be a few things.. but i think its the oil not getting up the top of engine quick enough? What viscosity oil are you using?

ok.. i got the car going.. but its still jumpy throughout the rev range. i looked at the safc install guide and thats exact how i did it really, At the end of the day, its only the afm i really fiddled with, so its could really be that connection or the safc settings right??? Raz

First of all it just revs high as tits, like 1300 plus, and when you put the throttle down it wont let me go past 3500. The car is a 32gtst. ive intialized it just need it to run on basic settings so i can get around with it.\ Cheers

Ok guys... All my other lights are working besides my main head lights (parkers and highbeam are working), check fuses nothing seems to be blown checked both globes nothing.. what else? Cheers Raz

twin gt30/40s? single gt35/40 with.82 exhaust? single hks t51r? single to4z? Im sure theres some info on it, most go a single turbo setup.

To4e is way too big for any practicality in an rb20...rb25 hiflow is my choice hands down because it involves not much modification to fit, not ridiculously laggy, it and its good for at least 200rwkw with supporting mods. If you dont have a full exhuast system get one of those first. Raz

I voted upgrade, due to the fact that i love doing everything to perfection myself and i would just get bored if i couldnt do anything bar performance upgrades. I would be to scared to touch the r34 cause it would be to new! With the 32 gtr you can tinker and play forever and get great results.

Is this the type of BOV that makes the bird "tweet" at gear change and is the spring adjustable so you can get a good flutter(dose..lol) at say 10 psi?

I had it on my calais turbo which i sold, but as the regs on the rb20 are better, i dont need one anytime soon. It was on the vl for 5000 kms max. Its a rising rate of 1;1 ratio.

Stock gtst rimbos have 85% tread(great for roadworthy) on front and about 40% on rears,$300 o.n.o Brand new catch can never been used $100 o.n.o Malpassi worked fine on car comes with attachment thing and fuel hose $80 Also have gutted standard cat and standard front/dump pipe make me an offer$$$! Is it surging in the higher rev range( 5000-7000rpm)? Timing can be an issue. Raz
