  1. no didnt unplug it, but does it have a earth wire to it or something, because the pod has no bracket.
  2. im pretty sure it cant be knocking, so that funny looking light that flashes(think its next to the door light or handbrake) is releated to the cat sensor? what about the engine cutting at around 3000rpm could a leak between the turbo and dump cause this?
  3. i havent touched the ecu? do i have to reset the ecu? could it be the o2 sensor that plugs into the dump itself. what sensor sets off that flashing light in the dash? thanks

  5. hey guys, Just Re-installed my fmic and put a brand new front and dump pipe on my 32 gts-t. Problem is the tempreture light is flashing but temp is fine(i think its the temp anyway) and also just after 3000 rpm it wont rev any more it just dies.. and idle is fine but sits a bit high now 950-1000rpm what the hell is going on?? cheers
  6. Thanks guys, It ended up being closer to the end of the pipe as first thought.. so i just got a longer silicon hose(Expensive!!) and shes all good. Raz
  7. hey there, As the title says im after a front bar, i just want it dead standard no cuts or hacks in it. Stone chips are no worrys, Brisbane area would be great! Now after a standard cat converter aswell wanted asap! Raz
  8. After spending all day neatening up the hacked intercooler holes in the bodywork of my 32 skyline (previous owner). I discovered a hole in the intercooler pipework(cheap hybrid copy thin blue anodised alloy). Has anyne had this experiance be4, did you just get an alloy welder to tack up the hole? any will tere be a performace difference (hole is abot 5 mm wide) I was also wondering if anyone knows a good cheap metal polisher in brissie area. cheers any help would be appreciated as im a bit of a newish person to sau.   9. unless this post is closed this thread will go on forever. I think people should express there experiences WITH and WITHOUT bovs and then let the owner of the car make there decision. Coming from a background of vl turbos and currently driving an r32 i really think bovs are unnecessary and if not having one does damage at ALL it must be very very minimal. As for the turbo damage issue why not get the best of both worlds..just buy a cheaper small bov and tighten the spring really hard so on low boost it flutters and high boost it vents the air?(i think somebodys already said this) my thoughts cheers Raz
  10. Whats the diameter of the dump pipe bud, this will fit a 32 gtst?
  11. The mirrors work fine, but if i try to use the switch that makes the mirrors fold in.. the fuse blows.. and bang mirrors don't work. It has to be a short somewhere any places i should start? ZENNON; my fuse was blown which in underneath the dash, this could be your problem.
  12. i have now found out that my powe mirrors work but when i try use the switch for the mirrors to fold in.. the fuse blows...do i have a short somewhere? anyone had this experience?
  13. hey guys, Just got my 32gtst have problem with the power mirror setup its all dead...could the switch itself be dead? is that common? if so how much are they? but what i do think is the fuse is gone is it under the dash somewhere? i looked in the engine bay i dont think its there Cheers Raz
  14. hi guys, Im just new here..next week ill be picking up a new toy its a 1990 mdl 32 gtst M-spec, any who it is fairly stock engine wise, besides a 3inch cat back, blitz ecu, hybrid fmic, gtr fuel pump,hks electronic boost controller. The question im asking is are these blitz Ecu's just as flexibly tuned and played as some of the other brands like autotronic, motec etc. p.s what is a power fc? is it just a piggy back fuel controller of some sort? sorry if i sound dumb.. i used to working on rb30ets cheers raz
