    Beware Dodgy Mechanics Brtisbane

    Here is a story for all Brisbane skyline owners shoudl read, I took my Car to edited to get a noise in muffler cheked out, the mechanic said i cant do it till next week so i had to wait as i TRusted him anyway when i took my car there to be fixed and i was quoted a couple of hunderd.

    i dropped car off and two weeks later and a few hundred calls around to see if he finished i was told its the turbos that need replacing, so i found some second hand ones and had them put on. Luckly the way was a sau member and sold me some really good cond ones.

    then i was quoted 400 to hae turbo put on. i was ok with that too. as i said car was sitting in his garage for 2 weeks, and he charged me 1200 dollars, as well as all this when i got my car back i had cracks in my sideskirts and my intercooler was not connected(had to do it myself) also cars spark plugs had to be changed as they needed replacing and had to baby car home same night as it sounded like a wrx and lost all powr .

    anyway let this be a warning to all you guys edited is a shitty workshop and cannot be trusted.i am still to get an invoice mailed to me till today.

    will be definetly taking it further with RACQ as well as fair trading.

    Car Got Defected, Fined And Searched Again!

    Hi Mate read your story if it was me id be doing a formal complaint surley the first cop didnt do his duty in picking out all the wrong things in ur car there for they cant search u 3 times in a space of 1 hour...go to the crimes and misconduct commision get yrself some advise and take the pricks to court thats just pure harrasment and if you have the time and address of the tickets its purley a set up any judge in court will throw the fines out the windeow and tell the cops to get f**ked.....thats what i think anyway.

    Thank you for your interest in my Skyline. The car is in absolutely perfect condition, no scratches, dings, dents or other imperfections. Always adult driven and garaged. Clear title. Price is $26,200 AU if you buy now. Firstly, I need to tell you that I recently moved to Budapest, Hungary due to work and family. Since I have no more relatives back home, I brought the car with me thinking that I could register it here. However, because of the big differences between the AU emissions and the local ones, I can't register it. Here is what I suggest: you make the payment in an ebay managed trust fund ( they hold the money until you receive the car ), I send the car over, you can inspect it, take it to a mechanic to check it out, drive it. If, by any reason, you will not be satisfied with it ( even though I can assure you that it is exactly as described), you can return it at my expense for a full refund of your money, no questions asked. I think this is more than fair for the both of us. If you agree, please provide your full name and shipping address and I will get everything started immediately. Afterwards, ebay will invoice you the transaction details and payment instructions. All you will need to do is follow through with their guidelines.
