Hey,
I thought i would make a post about my dealings with http://www.neweraparts.com/
My story begins a few weeks ago when i started looking for new rims and some seats for my R32. I knew i wanted some Nismo LMGT4 rims and some Bride Seats,
When i started looking for a place to get these items i first went to nengun as a few people have had dealings with them before, I sent away some emails enquiring about the items and the postage and if i could get a cheaper deal because i was buying some pretty big and expensive items. I then wanted to get another price to compare and i found it very hard finding another company that was able to get the lmgt4 rims that i had my heart set on.(i even gave autobarn a call) After searching for 2-3 days i came across newera parts and quite literally 10mins after i sent away the email i received a email back. I swapped emails back and forth with a guy named Matt from newera getting some finer details about the items i wanted. i was extremely pleased with the customer service and professionalism they were showing, If they weren't able to answer a question he promptly got onto it even getting incontact with Nismo at one point to give me the exact details i was after.
Much time later i received emails back from other companys about the items with some not being able to help me or i had to have my email redirected for them to come back and say sorry we cant do you a deal ect ect.
I just recently received my items safely in the mail and i thought i would take this time to give newera parts a plug for there customer service as it has been second to none and made my life so much easier dealing with them then the other companys i have had some contact with.
If you are looking at buying any parts off the net i would recommend getting in contact with newera first and seeing what they can do for you. If they don't have the part your after just ask and they can usually find it for you aswell.
