Hey, Im at the point with my r32 gtr where i need new rims to accomidate wider tyres for my power output. I have been looking at rims and been researching offsets for the past week and sent away a few emails with minimal luck, Id like your opinion on the situation. . 1. i need minimum 18" to clear my brakes 2. i plan on using 265x35/18 width tyres 3. i dont want to have to modify my guards if i can avoid it I am after a set of LMGT4's and i have sent a email away to a few different places with no luck apart from newera who said nismo reccomends a 18x9 with +22 offset with 9" being the minimum width rim to accomidate the 265 width tyre. In the lmgt4 the 9.5" there is only 12/30/38 offsets. I am a little confused if either of them will actually fit, i read that the fronts may scrub at extreme turning and the rear is fine but may rub if ur suspension is standard or soft but thats with 265's but with different offsets to the ones the lmgt4 comes in. does any one have any first hand experience in this? another issue is this car is going to be going around a track and will the 265 tyre be a issue on a 9" rim during the highspeed cornering? thanks for any help im totally lost with offsets.

Hey guys I have decided to get some 18x9.5 nismo lmgt4 rims i have 3 choices for offset +12 +30 or +38 what would fit my R32 GTR? i have seen other ppls posts but i still cant find anyone with those offsets so im a tad confused on what to get. ill no doubt be running 255/35/18 tyres as well will i have problems with clearance with out doing any flaring? thanks
