Is that that place on Albany Hwy? I test drove a supra there once.. stock 2JZ turbo manual with a bodykit.. he wanted 45k.. noway the kit was worth 15k O_o then when I went looking for my 32 he tried to sell be some overpriced panel damaged and faded non turbo.

Yes but those radial engines are actually anchored to the firewall and the whole piston assemblies spin with the prop.. not very practical in a car

Check some of the other areas, there was a guy over east (Nukleer I think) who made cables and free software, think it could interface to a screen too. I guess aslong as the aftermarket ecu still processes signals through the consult port it would work..

oh BIN RUNS! it's been several years since I did one of those we got chased by a little rally car one night after a bin run I disagree with the hoon laws and the parallel they draw with the forfeiting procedes of a crime just doesn't fly. Did you make any money while doing this burnout on the road? any profits? at best it cost you tyres.. does that mean that cops owe you some rubber?? It's absolutely ridiculous.

That exhaust wheel certainly looks a hell of a lot larger than stock and I think that compressor wheel/inlet looks bigger than the standard 25 turbo I've got sitting at home. -
There will be a political downside when all the old people die off and what you're left with is the young enthusiasts. Many things will change when this old generation passes on.

So if I was to say put one in an R32 with an RB20DET which later gets upgraded to an RB25, all I would need is to purchase a harness for the new engine and get it retuned? These harnesses, are they a complete engine harness or just plug between the old ecu plug and the new ecu, or something different again? Sorry for all the questions

Location of bov is also pretty critical if not using the factory location.. the genius that put the R2D2 on my car put it under the front right guard, leaving a good 1.5-2m of piping before the throttlebody. At light throttling-off I get massive flutter can probably adjust the bov but I cbf and will deal until I get the stocker on.

My mates RB30DETT ran an 11.07 and is running on an autronic. Hopefully should see it crack a 10 in a couple of weeks

I think it's the one right on the corner if you were getting off Fwy Nth at Powis Street and going left.. it's a Speech and Hearing Centre I think.. that's the only significant carpark on Powis St that I can think of.

I know this, basically you ordered one for a 20, they took a 25 one off the shelf and sent it to AP Engineering to be modified. They were like $1500 with a controller. But if what Denver said is correct, then you should just be able to get a 25 one and have some competent person modify it for you. Which is cool as long as it could be easily reverted back to 25 guise when I eventually put a 25 in

So what exactly justified the extra $5-600 for the 20 pfc's? I suppose you do pay a premium for the ease of plug'n'play

Considering that AP Engineering no longer exists, is it possible to get someone else (i.e. a performance shop) to modify an RB25 pfc to suit an RB20? Edit: personally, I am going to go for a remap of my stock ECU until I can fund an RB25 transplant, then I will fork out for some aftermarket management P.S. I saw something mentioned about Hyperdrive being sold.. does that mean no more new LumpyROM's?

Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't get PFC's for RB20/25's anymore unless you're lucky enough to find a second hand one (which would be even rarer for the AP Eng. RB20 version).

Really? the boot in my 32 is a damn sight larger than any 33 boot (except maybe a 4dr.. haven't seen their boots). I can still fit a shitload of shopping in there even with my sub.
