  1. I won't be down tonight, will be in the ACT tomorrow though, so you might spot me! lol
  2. Fair calls on all of the above... I am of the opinion that the police do tend to target the import "hoons" over drivers of standard cars. In the first 6 months of owning my R33 I was pulled over on the Hume Hwy just inside Goulburn by HWP. At the time I had green P plates, it was the easter long weekend so I of course was doing the allowed 100km/h. I was defected for the usual, exhaust, BOV, ride height etc which I took gracefully. However, it was partially my fault as I did not check the engineering certifiacte against what was on the car when I bought it. In saying that, the thing that really got me was at the exact moment I went past the unmarked HWP a red P plater was speeding past me doing well over the speed limit and I was the one that got pulled over. The cop's reason...? "I heard your exhaust it seemed too loud, nice car but!" Even though at the time I had my exhaust engineered for the allowed DB limit! The thing that really gets my goat is the fact that there are SO many drivers of standard vehicles out there who are the ones driving like idiots but of course the majority of police turn a blind eye to this and focus on the import "hoons" which unfortunately due to past incidences has landed us that stereotype.
  3. I don't know much about Stagea's but there is always one parked out the back of Mitre 10 in Wentworthville, white with gold rims, anyone on here?
  4. Wish I could have come down but right now I'm at work for the next 3 minutes slaving away on my 21st Birthday!! Woot!! I'll be back down again for a meet up soon hopefully!
  5. Hmmmm makes me a little skeptical now... I'm getting an M80 installed in my car tomorrow (my 21st today yay!!) for my birthday and from what was said about the looms it makes me wonder about why we bother "wasting" so much money on keeping our pride and joy away from theives with insurance, immobilisers, alarms etc. I hope these people get what's coming to them and learn to keep their hands to themselves, grow up and just leave someone else's sh!t alone
  6. Piss! (As in alcohol lol)

  19. I was one of the lucky ones in 1 respect, I live in St Marys and got nothing but rain and wind... But on the other hand I work in real estate as a property manager and have had to deal with the 60+ properties that have been severely damaged, I really feel for those guys and the owners!
  20. Spotted an orange 33 gts-t going up Reservoir Rd this morning with green p's.
  21. I got the turbo timer hooked up at Autobarn in Blacktown a while back. Sheng, it was near the former RTA yeah, under the little ramp. I'm so paranoid about leaving it out of my sight right now!
  22. Of course I have it insured, and the turbo timer acts like an immobiliser (one of the Apexi ones where if you start the car without keys and take off the handbrake it cuts out). It just really annoys me why people can't leave other's possessions alone!
  23. Hi All, Just a little warning and heads up about an incident yesterday. I had my car parked in the Blacktown Kmart car park under the little ramp that faces Flushcombe Rd. Here I was thinking it was an alright place to park (I work just down the road) as it was in the shade and fairly well hidden, little did I know! I had parked at 8.30am, came back to move my car at 1.05pm to find that I couldn't put my key in the lock. Thinking it was strange I looked at the lock, which was totally mangled! Same as the passenger side! Obviously some amatures *luckily*. Seeing as they were unable to get into the car they proceeded to cover the car in some sticky substance which chipped away some paint once I was able to wash it and found they had also keyed the boot and around the locks. I didn't have an alarm at the time as the old one was playing up, so I'll definately be investing in one ASAP. Overall cost me $200.00 for them to get into the car and unlock it for me then take it back to the workshop and repair the locks. A lesson well learnt!
