    Definitely high for Shannons. I'm on $73 per month, depends on the suburb and agreed value though (mine is at $20k atm with all mods listed) That said, their service is first rate. Never had an issue with a claim.

    Nothing was in there, not even the cup holders lol. They did give me a broken window and dented door frame though. That bloody glass gets everywhere!

    hmm, need to see the factory options catalogue to see if it was in there. We couldn't find any alarm/security error notifications or a reset option on mine when it was on Consult (my car was broken into on NYE and the "security" led has not stopped blinking since).

    Mine has the same security light (no sticker). Do you have a T shaped object in the middle of your dash near the windscreen by any chance? My car also has Nissan factory security. It has a different light (just above the one you pictured) and is part of the moulding... as well as a large grey sensor on the passenger A pillar.

    I hope the rears fit too. Might get away with it due to flares and coilovers but for reference, here is how 19x9.5 + 30 sits on an RX (they are +40 with a 10mm spacer). If 10.5 + 23 were there, it would stick out an extra 20mm roughly

    Change ECU and loom to the PNM35 items. I do not know if it has different connectors than the VQ25det for the speedo etc Then just run a piggyback or get it flashed.

    HKS actually use the OEM VQ25det manifolds in their old kit except for the crossover part of the manifold behind the engine so we know they will bolt on. Everything else is pretty similar so I can't imagine why it wouldn't... except for the loom/ECu side of course

    Nissan? The usual price from Nissan for a Matic J flush and replace is around the $160 mark.

    Getting that Dextron III out of your car should be an immediate priority! Dextron III = Nissan Matic D which is specified NOT TO BE USED in the RE5. Hell, it even says on the dipstick "Matic J ONLY" (or something along those lines). Dextron III will aid your RE5 transmission in a very early demise. Figure it this way, drop it or start factoring in for a $5k rebuild.

    Did they change the fuel filter? (it is a section of the pump assembly in the fuel tank) If it hasn't been done, it may still be on it's original production line filter and might be quite clogged. Just a thought.

    Going by thet table, it looks to me like the filter is every change (except for the diesel)... as it should be. The oil they are going by there is the old Nissan semi-synthetic which would need a change every 5000kms. Depending on the oil, you can actually do 10,000km oil changes, but you won't have much change out of $130-150.

    As others have said, either of those two cars would seem to be a good buy and as you can see, Craig is still around. Not Andy though, he has grown a VAG.

    Feb 2001. M35 was introduced later in 2001 which meant the end of C34 production.

    Axis has the over fenders and orange leather interior Axis S (which Matt has) does not have over fenders and has the nice semi-leather interior

    Thank you for the pics Alex, nice (very!) shiny Stageas. Interesting how yours looks silver in that light at that angle. Where did I mention anything to do with dust?

    Dolphin do two sets, one for the OEM bonnet and one for their CF bonnet. Maybe have a look at the CF bonnet ones?
