  1. Nice parts Matt.... just for reference though, the Nismo springs are from the 2WD Stagea so are a little different than the NM35 springs although I'm sure just as nice (I was looking at them to put with my Bilsteins ) AWD - F 8.3kg/mm AWD - R 9.2kg/mm 2WD - F 7.5kg/mm 2WD - R 9.4kg/mm
  2. That top one is from a PM35
  3. ^ This. Just what the hell are they doing Ryan? You'd think for a shop with such a reputable name, they'd be a bit more helpful... or is it because you don't have an R35?
  4. Decent sized pics would be nice. Tiny pics are tiny
  5. lol Try Googling "jdm parts"
  6. Plenty of different spring types for M35's. Just check out Japan's Yahoo Auctions.
  7. They do run quite warm... without the cooling mod from Scott. The line that enters the passenger side of the radiator is the trans outlet.
  8. Take work off the radiator? Man, I can only get over 80 degrees coolant temp if I sit on the side of the road idling for 5+ minutes. What will happen with the external cooler before the radiator is that you will possibly be warming up the trans fluid on its way back to transmission. Most efficient way of cooling is to have the ext cooler on the return line back to the transmission. If you are concerned about it getting too cold, just use a thermostat.
  9. lol, you'll get over it.... one day
  10. Wireless? Reliability has to factor into it surely. Wireless has too much interference (structural and natural) to be reliable enough.
  11. Running a Derale Series 7000 cooler on mine with one of those blue thermostats (I am also incorporating the OEM radiator inlet/outlets before both the thermostat and the cooler) Comes with 3/8 hose but the barbs out of the transmission and OEM radiator are 8mm so recommend to get some 8mm clear plastic hose from Bunnings etc to use on the barb as a liner which will will out the inside of the 3/8 hose.
  12. Agree, although it will probably end up costing more than double just in wages due to how long it take
  13. Berks with a stock V36 exhaust on my Stagea. Stock cats with V36 exhaust on my Stagea Both silent in cabin when cruising.
  14. Removing cats altogether will likely throw a CEL. Stuff all performance benefit between decent HFC's and going catless. Recommend Berk VQ35de cats. About 500AUD from either conceptzperformance.com or Z1motorsports.com (G35 section)
  15. Look at either the HKS or the GT Motorsports supercharger kits.
  16. Berk HFC's for the win!
  17. Josh, happy to see that my Nismo exhaust went to a good home *sheds single tear* Nice purchases. Would be cool to hear it... any chance of a Youtube clip?
  18. Special plugs? Hmm, must check FAST Yes, o2 sensor pre cat and temp sensor is post cat (must have been a little distracted when typing that lol - apologies to OP)
  19. a 96 Pulsar won't be tuned from factory to require a higher octane fuel. Stagea's are (turbo or not). Platinums for $400? May I suggest US ebay motors for stuff like that? You can get a set of Iridiums shipped for at/under $100. Pre cat sensor is exhaust temp. Post cat sensor is o2. From memory, VQ25dd Stagea's use the same cats as VQ35de Stagea's... thus the same cats as the Infiniti G35's in the US. I can certainly recommend the Berk cats. Made a noticable difference to my car (VQ35de) and if you've seen structure of the stock cats, you'll know why! They will also be fine for emissions when NZ finally bring in such regulations. Whilst on the subject of G35's, the intake up to the throttle body is the same as your car as well, so you can use the G35 as reference/parts if you are looking to play around with the intake.
  20. Dust 514. Yeah, yeah PS3 only, shed a tear. Have been playing it for a while now. Is good fun and definitely getting better with each build (May 6 build feature list looks to be absolutely awesome). Tried WoW on three separate occcasions and watched fanatical mates playing it. Has to be one of the most boring games of all time IMO (seriously). That Path of Exile looks like a group of fans recreating and enhancing the original Diablo.
  21. Yep, didn't even notice that. With all the work that has gone into this conversion, why the hell did they f**k up the leaf screen? It wasn't broken to begin with! I would have though a simple English conversion leaving the km/L calculations/display the same would have been easier.... and more logical
  22. VQ25DD? On top of what has been offered, good dry intake filter, high flowing cats and an intake/collector clean
