  1. Willing to relocate south?
  2. Ooooh Damn man! Sorry to hear that. Best of luck for a quick re-employment.
  3. Looks Nice Stephen. I was just looking at this one on Carpoint. (I like to have a look at what is around from time to time) If it comes with a 12 month warranty, it would seem like a good deal. They do look very nice in the red. Check that the gauge cluster works properly. If one of the gauges is faulty, you will have to replace the entire cluster. Yeah, but I think that the Black leather interior would definitely top the red off. Still like those cloth seats... Very comfy!
  4. LOL If only it was released 10 years earlier pew...pew...pew...
  5. Definately... 4 players & 1 Golden Gun... or a map with heaps of hallways & a heap of proximity mines Although I don't have to miss it. Still have it with my US N64 sitting a moving box.
  6. Burgundy R33 GTST with SAu stickers this morning tailing me out of my estate in Pakenham. Had the dogs in the back, had to drive slowly... Sorry.
  7. No probs here, for me or the car (I love the heat). House was 30.5 last night & I slept like a baby. Not so much the wife though. Only time I have had the air-con on in the car is when I have both dogs, then it is on flat out at 18.5 degrees. Thank you Nissan for those rear tinted windows Showing the same normal temp range. Wondering if I actually need a larger FMIC....
  8. Hmmm, interesting. 2 hour drive, eh? What month 2004 was the car built Muz? Do you know how long it will be in Geelong for? Or who I would have to talk to for a look see?
  9. Problem? "The gear are slipping! It does not change when it should & there is a delay when it should shift... See (show tiptronic delay)?" "This will only get worse until WE have to replace the whole transmission which will cost thousands!" "I heard that there is a company that can strengthen the gearbox for around $500-600!" You see Iain, getting the kit fitted now will "save" you money in the long term, something I am sure the Mrs will appreciate
  10. True, but my last name was not mine & phone was 0299999999. Don't stress.
  11. Could be worse. M35's are at 18. Both started at the same time. How many different email address' do you have?
  12. Heh, you had that poster of the black Countach with the blond chick crawling up the bonnet in your room when you were a kid didn't you? .... and you weren't the only one
  13. Yeah, and the Test track is in Lang Lang. I see a LOT of "right hand drive" Holden/Chevy's around my area. Yeah, have seen that thing probably 6 or 7 times between Pakenham & Koo Wee Rup. Very underwhelming machine... especially in the wet. Dude driving does not like to be overtaken either
  14. Driving home towards Tooradin on Friday night. Saw three cars giving way to me, all spotless even though they had just come from a dirt road - may have been some kind of show... Yellow Lamborghini Galliardo (Gorgeous) Red Mitsubishi GTO (Very, very nice) Red Falcon XR6 (talk about hanging out with others that make you look U.G.L.Y.) Damn that Lambo looked ace (Prefer the Murch though)
  15. Check youtube & see. Very talented dude.
  16. Agreed. HA! You should've seen him in the 80's then! Also; Having enough time to spend with friends. SNES - most enjoyable system ever Group A Touring Cars at bathurst - the penultimate race. Dune - ye olde PC gamers will know this one Price of alcohol NBA on free to air although ABC did it much better than channel ten's "we jump ahead in the action" effort. Working my arse off to get high enough to dunk in a game.
  17. erm, Alan, perhaps you need to request the M35 manual?
  18. Such a memory you have there sir! Yes it is the $400 M35. Can't really think of any aftermarket stuff installed that would have interfered with the airbag. Maybe the entertainment system he has in there, or the Nismo dash could have effected it when installed. The confusing bit is that it has disappeared in the past - although very briefly before it came back.
  19. Nope. Still there. Any ideas? Anyone?? ..... Bueller???
  20. WTF? I don't understand how your economy can be so poor. Is your car running smoothly? What kind of conditions do you drive in day-to-day? Are you using 98RON fuel? (DO NOT use less) What does it idle at? Do you drive uphill all day or have a couple of pianolas in the back? You should be getting ~550-650 before the light fuel comes on. I am sure that if you are driving constantly on-boost then those number would be fair. I am currently getting around the 680km before the light comes on in my RS - and yes I do enjoy it (with a turbo/exhaust upgrade, how could I not??) Try accelerating 10-15kph higher than your intended speed, then ease off gently until you reach the intended speed, hold it there by pushing a "tiny" bit more on the loud pedal. Use the "leaf" screen and aim for cruising at 10L/km (or more) - best way to get accustomed to you accelerator pedal Works for me!
  21. Not yet. Since he told me about 30mins before I posted this topic, we will be looking at it this arvo.
  22. Hey guys, My mate is getting frustrated with his Airbag light staying on. Has tried "factory resets" but the light stays. He has the stock steering wheel and has taken the car to Nissan who found the error code "CRDRH". Consult showed that the code is located in "other". Doesn't seem to be affecting the driving of the car, but he would love to have it gone. Any suggestions?
  23. 4 door or 2 door? If is a daily, I don't think you could grow to stand the GT40's "rawness" day to day.
  24. Pics of build progress (when applicable) please. Wish I had a vid of when that guys started up the roaring forties kit.
  25. Actually, that is the only time mine is quick. Around 5,500-6,000 the change is very quick
