  1. Some people that have owned and modified both models you mean?
  2. Mate of mine had to have his V35 BCM replaced which obviously meant re-coding. It was a 30 minute job - replace and re-code at Nissan. As far as I know, yes, only at Nissan but then I am unfamiliar with most scan tools. Maybe ask around if anyone local has Snap-on or a Consult 3/4. Consult will do the job, but unsure as to the Snap-on. Also, where are you located?
  3. Do you have another dealership you can go to? Most Nissan dealerships will work on imports
  4. So get a PM35. No turbo to worry about Different AFM (seems much more reliable) Nicer interior Common engine Updated transmission Really, the only downside to the 3.5L is that there is no turbo.
  5. Impressive work! Appreciate the time and effort, thank you. Now I am curious as to what the changes were for the Series 2.5 PNM35...
  6. Nice. What are the odds of that?! Hmm... 2x silver 350RX's with Aero spoilers... Seems to be a bit too common now. I guess I need to change mine up.
  7. Oil pressure/oil temp etc is not available on the popup screen. Try the HKS OB-LINK Also, more info regarding "my dad having a blown Stagea 350GT" please
  8. Nothing against having black wheels and I don't mind some wheels in black, but what kind of wheels are they? They sort of look like Z34 Nismo, but don't seem concave enough. Hard to see the details due to being black.
  9. I was debating whether I would paint mine black, thanks for making up my mind for me.
  10. Trans cooler install looks nice, concerned about mud/water spray from the wheel?
  11. All NM35 (VQ25det) cat-back exhausts will fit a PNM35/PM35 (3.5L) without modification. The M35 (VQ25dd) utilises different hangers for the rear muffler for whatever reason.
  12. My spare has been sitting in my garage for quite some time. No point in having it in the car as it doesn't fit unless I put two 25mm bolt-on spacers on the hub. So i decided to go with THIS
  13. Hmm, perhaps I wasn't clear enough. The only way of installing PM35 (series 2 M35) headlights on an NM35 (series 1 M35) is if you also install the PM35 grill, bumper and bonnet.
  14. Making the stereo Australian friendly? I presume you mean with an FM expander so it can pick up most of our stations. Pretty much anyone can install one of these, just a bit of fiddling around behind the stereo. If you want to run an iPod, you can install a USA Spec doc or Grom unit while you are back there. If you mean you want to remove the factory item, take a look around for a G35 double din fascia (or get one from Japan). They use the same fascia as our Stageas. Then you can install the double din head unit of your choosing. Pretty sure you may need an adaptor for a lot of head units though.
  15. As the others have said, 15 or 20mm. I run 10mm on my Nismos which are 19x9.5 +40 and have no rubbing. I don't think I could get away with 5mm spacers, nor would I try for that matter as there is not much room in there.
  16. M35 = 2WD series 1 (VQ25dd, VQ30dd) NM35 = 4WD series 1 (VQ25dd, VQ30dd or VQ25det) PM35 = 2wd series 2 (VQ25dd or VQ35de) PNM35 - 4wd series 2 (VQ25dd or VQ35de) It should be noted that nobody when "we" reference M35/NM35, "we" are referring to VQ25det powered series 1 M35's and more likely VQ35de powered series 2 when referencing PM35/PNM35
  17. You'll need spacers for the fronts (20x9.5 +45)
  18. haha, no. I ended up paying just under $16k for my PNM35 at a time when they were high 20's-high 30's at the one dealership that had compliance for them.
  19. 20k? Import a PM35 through Iron Chef / Prestige Motorsport / Jspec etc It will take a bit longer than from a dealer, but you can have the joy of looking through the auction vehicles for exactly what you are after.
  20. No he doesn't I do. 4x 19x9.5 (Nismo 370Z front) Scott has 4x OEM 370 rear rims
