naw thanks bro. just found out the 20th is also platinum, so I just gotta swing past superchump and grab a new set of spark plugs for her focus = sorted I am SO getting some tonight
-
morning kunce!!! So, today is the 20th wedding anniversary (insert joke here about less time served if I had murdered instead of married etc) apparently 20th is China, so the decision is, intercooler or pit bike?
-
Look on the bright side mate - that only last for the first 18 -20 years.
-
congrats to you and Jade my prediction -
-
I did consider that, get 'em married off to a couple of graduate engineers, cash in on a dowry etc, but the risk of triggering a wave of maternal instinct with all the loinspawn about the place was too risky.
-
wait, what? Is there a junior red bearded lurker in the wings?
-
oh lawd turns out "bring your kids to work day" doesn't really work when you are counting on engineers telling them what they do, to be enough entertainment and stimulation for kids. My normally quiet office currently sounds like a day care centre that has been accidentally hosed down with red cordial and dexxies..... damn breeders.......

most likely too busy chatting up 2nd hand military equipment dealers to bother with the likes of us or, too busy trying to keep his dog from drowning itself at every chance. Seriously, it wouldnt even drink from my dogs bowl, unless BOTH front feet were inside the water dish - and my dog has a 40lt water dish....
-
I had a timer on the stagea, never actually used it for pretty much the reasons stated, Also, I dont think heat retaining is an issue in turbos etc. its more the moisture the lagging traps, and how that leads to massive corrosion. Seen blokes do this to motorbike exhausts and they go paper thin within a year.
-
ooooh jeebuz. You turn up here with marron I cant guarantee I wont wrap my legs around your face. Its literally been years
-
ken oath I would!!!! Also keen to catch up if you are coming up. Sunday WT lunch maybe? I has a recipe for chilli lime and coriander crabcakes that brings all da boyz to mah yard.
-
are you coming on to me? because its working.... keen AF to get my hands on marron or crabs, due to not being able to hunt this season
-
sunburn, shit sleep, sand and dirt everywhere, badly cooked food on substandard cooking appliances.... I know a few things I'm missing thats some pretty flash welding there dude. Reckon I might hit you up soon for a foreigner

I currently trying to negotiate a way out of spending a couple of weeks in Kalbarri just because the whole fkn town seems to be a "great place to go camping" which I read as "a shithouse place to anything even remotely civilised"
-
Also why I hate camping I mean, we spent hundreds, if not thousands of years evolving past this point, and now people want to take it as a marker in life? Its kinda like "hey, how about we go act like the last couple of thousand years didnt happen to MY species. THAT would be fun"
-
I think I was about the only ADV biker in Perth who hates camping In other news, found a machinist who is currently compliling a quote on getting the R6 front end fitted to the XT. The flat tracker build begins! So excitement!
-
Yeah, seeing the special menu would help. Nudding on the website yet

apparently when they changed out to the injection system for 2 strokes (from the orbital engine program) they ran in to massive issues of deposits on the injectors, caused mostly by fuel and oil purity issues, and Ford Cologne (who had been backing them until that point) pulled the plug. The company tried to go out on its own, and even produced 85 ford festivas with the system fitted, which they basically gave away on the agreement they got them back to assess after a given time, but due to the completely nonexistent support for the company, the ideas or even the chance for a full manufacturing setup here in Perth (Tickford actually DID build a production line in Balcatta that built the first 85 cars) It died a sad death, killed off by apathy, lack of foresight and a shit government that missed a golden opportunity to put Australia at the forefront of automotive engineering for decades to come. And if anyone thinks it was a unacheivable pipe dream, just remember that this country is full of people who have massively changed the automotive game. Blokes like Rod Hatfield, and Jim Read to name a few. And now I am depressed and angry at mah counrty
-
well, that was a bit of a shit start to the day - stuck in a lift for over an hour. On the upside, was stuck in there with an ex Sarich engineer, and am now fully up to spec on the history of the Orbital Engine Co., and what a fkn story!!
-
yeeeeeeeeah I kinda like my genitals in-situ kthnx besides, you would have to be absofknlutely tapped in the head to want more than 1 wife like, mormon stylez tapped in the head and nobody wants to go that far
-
maxi or regular? In other news, woke up this morning, rolled over to face The Good Wife who, while still sound assleep. said to me very clearly "If you try and replace me as your wife again, I will definately kill you"
