i ordered mine 2.5 weeks ago and its arriving this week.

my PT6262 .84 TS will be arriving this week hopefully, should in interesting. I havnt seen anyones results on this forum using one with this setup (25/30 with vct).. should be neck breakingly responsive , and if it taps out too early, well.. only $285 for the 1.0 housing to be sent to replace the 84 and try again.

im likin the rear surge tank ps.. engine and box in. thx to madness and 11 hours torture. didnt realize the crank had the automatic sprigot in the end of it did i.

got a rb25 oil cooler mouting block? u wont believe what i did.

would you sell any bits off one of the rb25's? chasing the stock oil cooler/oil filter block that bolts to the engine block

quick note for people who use teh 32 mounts in the 33. the original mounts are 70mm and the 32 mounts are 46, so you are 24 down on the bottom end. the top end you are high about 14mm (38-24). I was able to bring the top end up to 19mm using a aluminium plate which helped make all the cooler pipework line up nicely, however still not clearing the swaybar, so a 10mm plate on the bar should clear it, which should also keep the drive line only out by 19mm,. Plazmaman Plenum is an issue for bonnet clearance, and the ASR circuit sump equally on the bottom end.

sry guys, made a mistake its a 6bolt stock style dump pipe"! not 5bolt!

dont precision have a qa department and assemble themselves?

how have people gotten around the sway bar clearance issues using r32 mounts?

what i have found is the tensioner spring, does not work properly with the new stud location as per this SAU rb30 guide. the spring stud is in the wrong position to load the spring properly. is anyone using a different spring to achieve the correct install or drilling a new hole in the back of the tensioner housing?

SP i wanted SP due to the coolness and anti surge, however was told on this turbo inparticular it looses 100rpm spool time approximately which is debatabel i guess, however quite negligable anyhow.

my other for sale thread got deleted somehow? anyhow heres another. Got some spare parts left over. RB25 shortblock (minus sump) $400 (crank, rods pistons etc) rolling assembley still assempled (and plastic wrapped) ready to go. Condition: unknown kms on the engine id say about 150+ but it was in very good condition before being pulled out, never missed a beat, comp tests 165 across and all sweet there, PFC always showed no knock(under 20 always) and made a easy 255rkw at 14psi. was pulled out because replaced with 25/30. Rb30 Oil PUMP $40 ono (look fine but should be checked) RB30 pistons (with gudgen pins) $40 ono (look fine but should be checked) R33 GTST Rear Wing $60 (VGC) - silver Stock Coil Packs $65 (VGC) - Stock ECU $65 - works fine, was upgraded to pfc KLS Japan 600x300x78 Front mount intercooler $100 (VGC) - little dirty but looks good not much use. R33 5bolt non standard dump (heat wrapped) $80 - no cranks or anything worked fine but wont work on new setup.im not sure about this dump, came on my car from japan with a full hks exhaust, possibly dump also? not sure. doesnt look like a stock one. Can upload pix later. and have more gear to post so stay tuned.
