  1. is urs the first hybrid 30 that top racing have built?? and i no they would have sounded confident when taking this project on but have they had any doubts along the way.
  2. so its jsut the coil pack covers and timing belt cover not the actual cam covers also

  4. as a few ppl say all the up and down round and round parts should always be balanced. so yes defently the crank and standard rods. however im not 100% sure when using the spool piston rod package, but going out on a limb going to say no, but not to sure, still the crank defenitly. some one else will be able to better answer
  5. no vvt. less messing around with oil supply to run the vvt and suppling the front cam jurnal.
  6. hey all, who do you recommen for your black head and crank machining. building a motor and want to keep the workshops out of it as much as possible so looking for a good machinist to get all my clearences right. yes this is also in forced induction, didnt mean to post in there but i accidently ended up there instead of here...oops thanks Dan

  8. i was tuned on BP98 but now always use vortex 98 i find less knock higher kms and cheaper

  10. hey all selling parts left over from an engine build these have come from R32 GTR with 100,000kms havent got pictures yet but can orginise if ppl want sump and front Diff, will seperate: $250ono Block (standard bore) : $400ono Crank: $400ono Rods: $250ono Turbo manifolds (BOTH) : $100 each both $150 not to sure of prices so if these are a little pricey just pm me an offer. happy to arange postage at buyers expense Dan
  11. dont mean to sound rude but dont be sorry, just do a quick search, its all been answered on several occasions either thru the major thread in the first 20 odd pages will answer all your questions before it goes into major detail about the specifics. or jsut flick thru the topics that this new sub forum has produced. and a r33 turbo will be hitting its limits rather early in the rev range. dan
  12. are the tensoners new or used and what timining belt is it. will pay $150 plus postage cost for these items
  13. i like the finish on mine however doesnt fit as well as i thought it might of the top of mine is warped for lack of a better discription. hopefully once riveted on it will fit nice and snug to the bumper.

  17. gary have you used a similar method as adriano has explained?? or can you recomend a different approach to the process
  18. hey all this more a rb30 question but thought would get better responses from here. when bolting the 26 head to a 30 block there is a head stud size mis match, is making a collar for the 11mm head studs an option. then giving the stud 12mm diamater only where the head sits meaning you dont have to drill out the block or you dont have that little gap for the head to move. i have no idea if this is even a half good idea but just thought i would thro it out there. thanks dan

  23. how much dish do they have, from rim edge to spoke??? if they werent chrome i would have these in a second.
