these laws do not apply to any current P platers just new ones to be

ummm well i cant get a gts-t or any other one with a turbo or if its been super charged because i would get fined or get me car inmpounded so theres no chance of me getting a skyline with a turbo turbo's and super charged cars will be illigel to drive for a P1 and P2 platers while the power to wight raito may change so... in other words... i can only get a non-turbo with no real power the system sucks for the people that want a fast car but dont want to drive insane on the roads :S

the new need for speed is coming out soon CARBON it has to be way better then mostwanted mostwanted was.... craper then underground like there was not as much as modz but ... CARBON sounds like a pritty good game... i mean just the name lol

to ad a sub to a computer u can buy a sound card then buy a seround sound package ment for for a pc then you could probley buy a sub from a hifi place or connect a sub up with a lil wire mod hope that helped

i just want to clear 1 thing up these laws will apply ot new P platers in other words... i have to go on the new P plates it sucks but i have to do it :S oh well

this is like at skool or at some day care centre.... a new toy comes out ... you have to have it to be kewl or... you have to have one of the latest models like the r33 just say.... the r33 is cheap for waht it is... also the r32... but the r31 isn't the right car for me because of the safty features and the power.... compare a commadore to a skyline.... skylines (2nd hand) are cheper for the power they give you.... while commadores give you that ozzie look and makes you one of the locals btw what i said about r31s suck and that before... it was a joke lol

i still got to get my L's yet well i'm gett'n them this month but they do suck... no turbos well theres a few skylines gone for me i got to get a bloody non turbo

I"M POSTING THIS BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ARE SAYING ONE THING AND OTHERS ANOTHER this is the "new victorian graduated licensing system" i got some info from vicroads today.... *note! check with vicroads for full info and not to take this as the full new laws* WHEN alcohol interlock (read below as to what) - january 2007 the new L plate requirements - july 2007 the high powered vehicle restriction for P platers (read below) - July 2007 the new P1/P2 plates requirements and new driving test (read below) - july 2008 SOME KEY CHANGE"S L plates... must have 120 hours of experince including 10 hours at night no use of moblies, hands-free or hand-held or any messaging of any kind must carry learners permit whlie driving (duh) ****P plantes***** there will be 2 P plates introduced... P1 and P2 (sounds alot like b1&b2 :lol:) P1 plates... P1 drivers are on the P1 plate for 12 months(if over 21 yr's old then you go stright to P2 plates, only if u had ur L's for 12 months MUST have a good driving recored to progress through each licence stage. A POOR DRIVING RECORD EXTENDS THE P1 AND P2 LICENCE BY ***6 MONTHS*** for P1 drivers, towing is not permitted except for work or under instruction new HIGH POWERED vehicle restriction will prevent P platers from driving vehicles with : engines with eight or more cylinders turbocharged or supercharged engines nominated high performance six cylinder engines engines that have been mod'ed to increase performance ***People who are over 26 and still on there P's**** ALL drink drivers (and first timers) will have to fit a alcohol ignition interlock when relicenced, for a minimum of six months VEHICLE IMPOUNDMENT if a driver intentionaly makes the care lose traction or unsafe behaviours (eg.. speeding, draging) there are now provisions that allow police or courts to impound a car... repeat offenders will have there cars' impound time will be longer and will be possable for the car to be forfeited. i dont know about the impounding... if they alppy now or what but u get the pic BTW!!! i realy dont want to put a full desktop pc in the car (i wouldn't mind the power of the Gfx car ) but its a car after all and space is an issuse so.... yeah a laptop is the best way to go.. may cost ya as little as $100 or $1000.. just depends on whos selling it and what they know about computers... man who knows nothing... $1000 "oh it just had a smale bump and its ok" man who knows alot... $100 "its just plane stuffed" lol with the shut down issue... it's easy if you put a power connector in where u switch it off ur self or... some thing (i dont know what it was) in the thingy witch make the other thingy make something thats a thingy turn off lol i'll see waht i can find around but it will have to wait till i get a skyline lol (soon but with the new laws in vic :S beats me lol) atm i'm working on a CD play and turning it in to a pc (if u want a look click here ) i'll get that pc working then the car thanks pllz u gave me ideas

i love this you are going on like ford and holdens but in this case its skylines I LOVE HOLDENS AND FORDS I HAVE OWNED A VL AND NOW A EA S-PACK BUT I RATHER A SKYLINE THE R32 HAS ITS OWN GOODS AND BADS I DONT MIND THEM BUT IT HAS TO HAVE THE RIGHT BODY KIT THE R33 1996 TO 1998 JUST HAS THAT MODERN FEEL TO IT TO IT AND THE BODY HAS SPORTY AND MORE BODY TO IT BUT I WOULD PERFER A R34 BUT I CAN ONLY DREAM THE SKYLINES R33 AND R32 I BOTH LIKE BUT AS EVERY ONE SAYS IT IS UP TO YOU WHAT YOU LIKE AND DONT . theres nothing wrong with a laptop with a broken screen (aprt from the screen) i'll just have to find some plans on how to do it .... or get some one else to put it in lol well the thing is that come carputers cost $600(ebay) to $4000+ but if u spent $1000 on a laptop that is broken but is a high powerd one then u'll save some money a laptop is better idea because it use's less room and has usb, external screen port, and the best thing is it's cheap well looks like i'll be having fun hmmm... i bet start looking for plans...
