  1. 10kg rotating mass is HUGE! Yen is good.. new set of rays about $2800
  2. I think I need to have a long chat over a few bevo's about setup...... your obviously doing something right! (I might need to bin my front diff setup lol)
  3. An example could be the tilton evo from 2011 testing.. it did a 60sec pass in testing with 265s ... driver was confident it had a 58 then....it did a 1:30 a wtac 2011
  4. http://racing.natsoft.com.au/results/#2
  5. Some damn quick cars out at nsw time attack today! kudos to Richo for representing! 65.7? On radials is fkn flying! Good luck on Sunday if the rain holds out
  6. Care to shed some light on one of ur sponsors? "Erotic Nights adult stores" You did mentioned there would be alot of late nights spent? Lol
  7. Hey Steve, Loving the hype you've created for wtac from Vic Double checked with Brad and had a good look at the design of the clamps today. Pretty much a rip off of the wiggans clamps. Maybe Brad can put some pics up if u ask him as I didn't get a chance to take pics. He was working on all the piping today
  8. Did you pick up the tires locally with the wtac deal? Where u testing? Should tee something up when I'm ready !
  9. That should fit my timeframe Any news on the fitment of slide and duct... Should be a green light from me
  10. Any idea if the flying 500 is a controlled tyre? Great to see some decent lunch time action!! As long as there not filling the combi with promo Chix at the same time
  11. This was the recommended and only way now Incorporate the ikeya shifter somehow!!! Shared a garage with the sigworth car last year at wtac.. certainly not your regular backyard crew.. Was very well oiled and everyone seemed to have a place,... Times improved every session but testing was lacking from what I could see... Didn't realise how quick the QR times were... Pro Am seems to be the right class! (Phew)
  12. Great your addressing this... Better then silicone hose and clamps! Ruined a couple of track days bc hoses would split and clamps would come off! http://www.vpw.com.au/Category/Index/340906 Similar to yours... First time using them...just bc rep comes in every week.
  13. I'm after pretty much what your after with the slider and duct... did I miss the eta?
  14. Any idea how the shift cut works on the ppg/motec? I was advised that unless you invested in a strain gauge type shifter, ur highly likely to round off the gears... Is this what possibly happened to the ex bsm Gtr at Phillip island with 3rd failing? Those semi dry sump kits look mint...Brighty runs it on the race 33gtst with great success is what I've been informed... I'm pretty sure Brad likes to keep the sump as close to stock as possible internally, as this was also the case in my full system. Love your attention to detail re the rules Richo.... You've already psyched out your competition lol
  15. Car is coming along good... just too many additions along the way, which has held up things.... box was a big thing, thats now in ... waiting for wire guy to put haltech smartwire (PDM) in http://www.haltech.com/get-smart-with-smartwire/ and redoing all the lines and clamps and pipes in engine bay.... hoping a few weeks
  16. To be getting aero done by voltex is the bomb... fingers crossed things go well as this car still looks like a evo lol Can't wait for team America!!!!!! Hopefully it doesn't go to china again!!!
  17. I remember i had issues under severe braking with my wet sump plus accumulator setup. The accumulator slightly fixed the problem but stil, thel pressures were concerning eg 15psi at 5000rpm on down shift...... although the motor never spun a bearing I don't think it's worth chancing a expensive motor. ... dry sump has proved to be the solution 1:30s at Ec won it with a sequential shifted box.... I take it you will be doing the same Steve? Any comments on 30vs35 series tyres? I'm thinking 35s for more feedback?
  18. Just a quick one, what is the eta on these? Are you guys getting the sliders or and the ducts? Can these be added? Apparently they can also be fitted by them for extra... could this be confirmed? Cheers
