  1. the dye is usually ultraviolet, so they put some gas in ur car and let it run for a bit, then shine a UV light to detect where the leak is. Got the same issue ATM.
  2. Hi All Had some "intermittent" issues with my r33. 1) Battery Drain. Auto electrician hooked up his gear to the car and located an intermittent battery drain. Drain spiked every now and again, but the result is that 3 days without driving, flat battery. Seems to be fixed now as a faulty electrical component to do with the fuel pump was replaced. 2) Engine not igniting. Starter motor turns over, but not firing up. Again, only an intermittent issue. Will happen for a few days, then will start every time. Got to the point that the engine/electrics/everything would die mid-drive. Very embarrasing on a busy road. Some think the immobilizer is cutting the fuel pump and no fuel getting to the engine, but the auto-elec says this is working fine. Any suggestions for 2? any potential correlation between 1 and 2? Thanks
