  1. Update: I installed my Noltec arms the other day and then I realised they were knocking an awful lot over bumps. The bushes 'look' fine but when I installed them the arm feels really lose. With my stock arms I struggle to move the arm's angle at all where-as with the new ones they have a lot of movement in them and as a result made a bad knocking sound when going over bumps. I've since put my stock arms back in and everything is fine. Not really sure what I should do about this problem? It's not like I can really re-sell them. Edit: The aftermarket arms I am using at the ones posted one the opening post in this thread. This is pic of the upper bracket which the arm bolts into. I slid the arm easily into the bracket with the Noltec arms however the old stock arms took a bit of bashing to get in. They fit really snug where-as I could physically move the Noltec ones with a screwdriver and notice movement without much effort.
  2. Was the first thing that came to mind too...
  3. Do they come with tyres? What are the offsets? And the correct name is Work Emotion CR-kai.
  4. Such a unique car, I love the new rims on it. Awesome photography! -Jimmy.
  5. Only place I can find them is Yahoo Auctions in Japan for 9,800 yen. If you're keen on a set give Jesse Streeter an email, his website is in my signature. http://page15.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/t168791707 Apparently they really badly screw up the projection of your headlights so they probably are only good for aesthetics only. -Jimmy.
  6. Sounds genuine. The welds look perfect and if it has a Jasma plate with code I would say it's genuine. Jasma is an approval system used in Japan, basically to say if it's legal or not. Good price for a quality exhaust, have you chucked it up in the For Sale section?
  7. Coilovers and Rims sold! Pricedrop on the Exhaust. I've come to the conclusion to call it a 3 1/4" exhaust Also it's stainless. $350 or nearest offer guys -Jimmy.
  8. A stock Bayside Blue R34 followed me down Park Ave down to Kotara bout midday today. Looked really nice! Love that colour.
  9. Phwoar I just scored myself a set of those genuine Noltec adjustable control arms for my R32 last week on ebay. Barely used for only $180 Been looking for a while. The guy said he paid $445.00 for them when they were new. Looks like a I got a bargain. Very good to hear that they are the best type out there. I was never going to waste my money on the ebay china ones. Good luck on the hunt mate. The Silkroad ones look good (they are a trusty Japanese brand, I use their coilovers) however a pair of those will cost you $500AUD+ easy. Edit: Yet to fit them but when I do (in the next week) I'll let you know how they go.
  10. Hey Everyone, I have some parts for sale since I lowered my R32. Description: Tein Super Street Coilovers for HCR32 (coupe and sedan). Condition: Great condition, 25000-30000kms or so on them. No knocks or leaks. Reason for sale: Upgraded to go lower and stiffer. Features: These coilovers I believe are a slightly older model of Super Streets as they don't have damper adjustment. They're a genuine Japanese model. They are pre-load adjustable (which in-turn adjusts the height aswell). Spring rates are 4/4kg. Price: $400.00 ono Overall: These coilovers for their age are in excellent condition. I've used them mainly for street use and the occasional track use. They are comfortable yet stiff enough for track use. Perfect upgrade for anyone wanting to replace their stock suspension. Description: HKS Priest Catback Exhaust for R32 4dr. Condition: The condition of this exhaust is good, all the mounting brackets are in tact. I have taken the time to polish up the first half of the exhaust and it turns up excellent. There are some scratches on the bottom of the tip and on the pipe itself from speed bumps etc, nothing major. Reason for sale: My car is NA and I've decided to go a smaller diameter exhaust for more low end power. Features: The exhaust is JASMA approved and has 2 mufflers. It is not overly loud and has a GREAT note to it. I love the sound of it on my NA. My RB25DE made 115rwkw with this exhaust. The tip is 4.5" and the pipe itself is 3". It can be used for NA or Turbo. I'm sure it's not too hard to get modified for use on a coupe. Price: $400.00 ono Overall: This exhaust is a great JDM mod for any R32. Not the typical cannon look and sounds great. Few scratches here and there but still in great condition for it's age too. Description: Pair of R33 GT-R Rims with Tyres Condition: Condition is fairly good, a little bit of rash on each pair but nothing too major. Both still have centre caps. Tyres have at least 50% of tread left on both. Nice stretch on them too. Reason for sale: Bought a set and only need a pair for drifting. Need cash. Features: Comes with 225/45R17 Bridgestone Potenza tyres. Rims are 17x9 +30 offset. Very strong and light rims, and look great! Price: $475.00 ono Overall: Perfect track/drifting rims. Sorry no pics yet. Will have some up soon! _______________________________________________________________________ How to contact me. 11. Hey everyone, Just on the lookout for a standard R32 front bar with the foglights, and all the wiring to go with it. Looks like this Also need a reo aswell. Thanks. -Jimmy.
  12. Are there any markings on them to say they're Cusco?
  13. Just spotted a midnight purple R33 GT-R flying on the motorway just south of Brisbane. I'm coming home from a trip up here, actually from NSW
  14. Yep noticed all these things Thought the door trim was a good enough giveaway though. Anyways, this thread isn't really meant to be about what car it is
  15. Ohk, must be just a custom R32 with S13 door trims then S13 passenger door trim
  16. Is there a model number for the coilovers? I'd like to know the spring rates. Standard spring rates don't tell me much sry
  17. Actually some people would do those kinds of things.
  18. So basically in other words. These coilovers are suitable for R33, and the R34 25GT (non turbo).
  19. I haven't seen it happen a lot around here (Australia) but I have seen SR20 conversions done a lot in Japan. I think it would be interesting to see you go ahead with a build like this, especially being NA. Good luck with it all
  20. Just got 425km out of my NA RB25. No highway driving, just all stop and start shit around town.
