  1. ^^ That'd be Ryan, he's more active on the Nissansilvia.com forums but doesn't attend any meets etc.
  2. Genuine GT-R Grille looks like this. I reckon it's either that or nothing. Mesh is a bit ricey.
  3. Unfortunately no drift days have been held there yet and apparently it won't be going ahead anymore, complaints have ALREADY been made about the idea and it looks like nothing will be happening at the carpark anymore. Barely any drift days are held at Wakefield anymore aswell, but Eastern Creek have corners 4-12 available to drift on about once a month or so with the club DrivingSports.
  4. If I were you I would be buying some GOOD quality coilovers, shimming up the diff and buying a catback exhaust for it. A good suspension setup and a tight diff will make the car a LOT funner to drive and exhaust will make it sound nicer and go better too! Alternatively you could buy some nice looking rims to fill your guards out a bit more aswell and make the car a bit nicer aesthetically, and either get lowered springs or still go the coilover route. I dunno if spending your money on gauges and leather interior is the best bang for your buck if you're going to be throwing $2k at it. I think interior wise you're probably better off leaving it stockish. You don't really need any other gauges apart from maybe a boost gauge which you would could in the right air vent (if it's circular like R32s?) Maybe an aftermarket gear knob and some LED dash lights would be some cheap interior mods. Your stock R33 GTS25t brakes are actually extremely good brakes for stock and unless you're making a significant power increase you won't be needing new brakes. Good pads and braided lines perhaps might be worth looking into. Oh yeah and another relatively cheap exterior mod would be genuine clear Nismo side indicators for the guards. Hope that's helped for now.
  5. R31 rails are great and can be universally fitted to a lot of seats, we fitted a Recaro to my brother's R31 stock rail too. Unfortunately the R32 rails are a lot more complicated so there's a rare chance they'll just bolt straight on to the stock R32 rail.
  6. You should be able to buy a cheap set of torx bits for socket sets at bunnings for cheap.
  7. I don't think there's any difference between the series 1 and 2 headlights, its just a matter of if it's the projector style or non projector (also known at the N1 headlight). Here is the projector headlight And here is the N1 headlight (also released in the NA sedans for some reason) I also think this is from an NA sedan as it doesn't have the grille mounting brackets. Hope this helps a bit.
  8. Gravel in between the brake pad and disc? Lol.
  9. I'm from Newcastle and willing to try and make it to some of the EOMM's.
  10. I guess it depends on what the total preload of the shims are. My experience with shimmed diffs is great.
  11. Good feedback Sidd. NItRo34 - What sort of camera are you using?
  12. Origin also make an aftermarket boot lip which is slightly more agressive than the stock one yet still subtle. It also deletes the centre brake light.
  13. If I was you I would be replacing the system from the cat back. You'll be able to either get a custom one made up or perhaps find an aftermarket japanese system on the forums etc. Most people will tell you not to go any bigger than a 2.5" system on an NA car like yours however I'm running 3.5" HKS on my RB25DE and my mate has a Blitz system which is 3" and they both perform fine. That said, my brother is using a custom 2.5" catback system and I can definitely notice more response and power down low in the rev range. How much do you have to spend? A custom mandrel bent catback from an exhaust shop will probably charge you around the $500 mark give or take a little? Hope that helped a bit.
  14. The 4 door actually came with a few different types of stock wings. This is the small boot lip. And this one is the wing that looks similar to the coupe wing, but I have compared the two and the shape of the wings are different. This one sits slightly lower too. In relation to the initial question I can't help you with that, sorry. -Jimmy.
  15. Shit double post, but what kind of camera gear are you using?
  16. I've got an R32 4 door, would be keen.
  17. Xenon was available on 25GT awell.
  18. Why bother? GT-R seats are similarly looking and bolt straight in.
  19. What colour is the car? Need a left tail-light.
  20. Ah yep that'd be the one, it was parked right opposite to Frontline. Looks clean. I nodded a guy just getting out of his Maroon R32 GTS-t coupe in the Glendale centre carpark today around 1pm. Got a nod back
  21. Spotted a white R34 4dr on King st today and a black R32 4dr on Hunter st.
  22. Unbolt tail-shaft. Unbolt half-shafts. Unbolt diff and lower down on a jack. Be easier with 2 people.
  23. I spotted a white 34 which I waved (he waved back) on Myall Rd yesterday, could be the same one? Also spotted you on Park Avenue yesterday James, you surely saw me ?
