  1. There is an in-between decision you can make to have your diff tighter, and that is shimming your diff (you have a viscous R200 right?).
  2. ^^^ Saw a silver V35 in Warners Bay last week, plates were DV35GT. Haven't seen yours though I spotted a Black Stagea (C34?) with what looked like gold BBS LM's in town today.
  3. Personalised HR32NA here in NSW Just ordererd it a couple of months before they took the white plates away in NSW, which I think look the nicest. Pretty self-explanatory meaning for Skyline owners/enthusiasts but doesn't mean shit all to regular drivers (which I like ) I had MI11NT (Mint) before, and just handed them back to the RTA when I got the HR32NA ones, but a couple of weeks ago my mate said to me 'you should have sold them', but it never really occured to me because I really didn't think people paid much for number plates. Afterall, it was only personalised.
  4. Haha I saw STYLN aswell yesterday, at Glendale though.
  5. Haha... I don't think girls have anything to do with owning a Skyline but ok. At least it doesn't work for me. To the comment about the UNIT stickers on Commodores, HAHAH I think no matter what state/city in Australia you are in, you'll find MANY of these around.
  6. Got plans for a manual in that thing? It's auto right? Love the NA's
  7. Spotted this on Kenrick St (just off Union St) in The Junction this afternoon. -Jimmy.
  8. Nothing wrong with a Non-turbo mate, as long as you love your Skyline then it doesn't matter
  9. Spotted a Silver V35 yesterday just going up from Warners Bay, looked mint! Plates were [DV35GT]. -Jimmy.
  10. I wouldn't do the engine conversion if I was you. NA's are around you just have to look. My mate is finding it hard to source a decently priced RB25DE at the moment by the way for his S13 so your car wuold be off the road for a while until you found exactly what you were looking for. So again, it's a waste of time and money. SAU classifieds autotrader.com.au ebay.com.au carsales.com.au drive.com.au just to name a few.
  11. Wow nice mate, your car has come a long way! Looks fkn awesome, love it. Rim and tyre specs?
  12. I got a 32 one from the cat back >.< also not sure if it fits the R33's, and mines for sedan aswell.
  13. Spotted Silver R33 on Clyde St, Tighes Hill and Spotted a Black R33 Series 1 on Carnley Avenue Followed me for a while but I was in a Black BMW 1 Series
  14. Found these once on Yahoo Japan Auctions.
  15. Rip off, their fees are ridiculous. Trying to search on that site doesn't show you half of what's on there most the time too. Using a translation of auctions.yahoo.co.jp is the way to go, and then get Jesse Streeter to get them for you. www.jessestreeter.com !
  16. There are rims out there, you just need to know what you want and know how to find it. Ditch searching from Tempe. What's your budget? Something along the lines of these suit your criteria of 18 inch 4 stud. 18x8.5J+29 18x9.5J+29 http://page12.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p140223242 Alternatively if you're dedicated you could do the turbo brake upgrade, and have better brakes with a larger variety of 18" wheels to choose from. -Jimmy.
  17. Spotted a Silver/Grey R33 Series 2 with R34 GT-T rims today. I tihnk it was just near Energy Australia Stadium
  18. Nothing the rest of Aus hasn't seen? NSW and VIC have had 'P-plate and Hoon laws' for years, SA have had it lucky to be honest.
  19. Yea man, these are sold as of today!! Thanks for interest guys, -Jimmy.
  20. Just a thought, it could be your universal joints in the tailshaft? Or the tailshaft itself? I had a lot of bouncing around (like a constant shuddering until I had pretty much shifted into 2nd gear) under there when launching so got it up on a hoist and someone identified to me that it was the tailshaft bearing. I went to get that replaced and they also ended saying that all the universal joints were rooted! I ended up getting a 1 piece tail-shaft and this has fixed all my vibrations when launching.
