The EVC II and III are almost identical to the VI apart from the dial..
The offset function starts at 100. If you wanted it to spike slightly wind it down under 100 and try it. If you don't want it to spike (what it's really used for) set it over 100.
What I would do if I was you would be to use the pass mode. There is a 4 wire plug at the back, 2 of these wires when crossed trigger the pass mode. This is setup with a certain "overboost" setting, and for how many seconds it goes.
Just wire up a switch. (work out the 2 wires..) and then hit the button on take off and have it set for 2 seconds or something..
I had a button on my gear knob.. but going from 12psi to 18psi by accident while passing.. can get hairy.
Problem is most later model stock turbo's with boost control solenoids don't have the fitting on the turbo housing.. which can be a pain.
I ususally make a custom fitting up and weld it into a stock pipe.
Yep I would say steering wheel.. got the same problem with one I was working on recently.. just couldn't get the boss kit to work like it should it would seem.
Momo wheel
I was talking about a full blueprinting, making everything smooth in the bottom end.. it would take a lot of work..
Looks good when you pull motor apart..
Changed your name Joel?
I don't think many actually go to the trouble of blueprinting.. especially the block.
I have a blueprinted RB26 block.. it made no real difference to anything.
The head also flows so well as it is.. no real point for that power.
We were let down over here with support with the Autronic. The car never went right..
Saying that I can't comment on the ECU it's self.. as at no stage was this guys car done right..
Most samller ball bearing turbos will have water cooling due to there being less oil flow for cooling because of the restrictor.
Saying this I have seen cars with the water blocked off. Maybe on a drag car or similar they don't see the same heat as they are only going for a few seconds?
I guess it all depends how it's designed and what it's being used for.
It was a lot of extra work running the pipes etc on my car for the water and oil.. but I think it's worth it.. and it looks good too
So does the GTR Diff internals fit in as GTS-T housing? This would make things easier
I'm not only interested in the GTR diff because it is mechanical but also the GTR shafts are a lot chunkier.

So you bolted the GTR hub into the S14 carrier?
I have GTS-T gear in the rear of my S13. I want to install R32 GTR internals into the diff housing and install it. If it's possible..
Very close man, dropping it in this weekend hopefully. Got the engine 99% done, just have to makes some little sleeves for the fuel rail, it had some big bosch injectors in there and the stock ones are about 4mm smaller where it fits the rail.
