  1. As far as I know, they weigh as much as GTR's do, but don't have the extra power to pull them. Like Haysey just said, it'll be easier to go on a diet. If not that, why not go for a RB26 transplant? Make it go like a GTR.
  2. Haven't seen it before, nice find.
  3. Yeah, it sounds like it's the heater box. Pulling out the dash takes about 6 hours. So pick a good day to do it on and good luck!
  4. While we're on the topic of spacers, has anyone used the adaptor type spacers? There are spacers which connects to a 4 stud, but then gives out a 5 stud pattern (not sure if it makes any sense). Just say you had a S13 Silvia with 4 stud, when you use these spacers, you can put on normal 5 stud wheels. Anyone use them before?
  5. There's the link from Cubes' signature.
  6. Try posting in the WTB Section mate. You'll have more luck in there.
  7. :laughing-smiley-014: How would they have taken it off? Did they cut his skin off?
  8. I've got an R32 sedan and I found about 5+litres of water in the jack area of my boot I have no idea as to where it's come from. The boot area is all dry, it's just the jack area and the other side. It's been about a week since I sucked out all the water and it's rained quite a lot down here in Melbourne. I might check later today to see how much water is in there now.
  9. From my experience, all HID kits are plug and play. Instead of connecting the power cable to your globes, they go into your ballast (which you get when you purchase a HID kit), which then goes into your new HID globes. It shouldn't be all that hard. Didn't R34's come with HID's from factory? Or was it an option? If your car had HID's back in Japan, it shouldn't be too hard to find some genuine HID globes and ballasts from yahooauctions is it?
  10. If you're planning on purchasing a HID kit, in my opinion, don't go 6000k. Go for 4300k if you can. I've got 6000k globes and I think it's too blue. 4300k is the colour of white light (colour of sun light). But then if you like a blue look to your lights, go for it. If I were to get HID's again, I would definately go retrofitting.
  11. Hi and enjoy your stay.
  12. Have you checked if the plug to the ABS unit is plugged in mate? Check if it's damaged at all. Good luck sorting it out.
  13. That all sounds right. From memory, the sedans are only an extra 5cm longer and about 40kg heavier than the coupes.
  14. Yeah, that's a pretty good price. They usually go for around the $20k mark. Is your car manual? Or semi-auto?
  15. I'm gonna get an NA S13. Can't drive the skyline on my Ps.
  16. I haven't actually searched, but can you get genuine Stillen gear in Australia?
  17. Don't go with the higher wattage globes. You'll risk melting the headlight housing. If you want the blue parker and globes, have a look on ebay. They've got all different types of colours. In my opinion, just stay with the standard colour. Just get some decent quality Phillip's globes.
  18. Just try your local wreckers or even the For Sale Section. There's always bargains around.
  19. I'm surprised it's still open.
  20. This will eventually make its way around the country.
  21. I hope to get a reaction time like that one day. Well done mate.
  22. Would love to see more of it. Black is what I would've chosen.
  23. You wouldn't know whether a wheel would fit or not until you actually try them on. All wheels have a different spoke design. Just say you were given two wheels with the same specs (offset, width, etc.), but different spoke design, one could fit and the other might not. You wouldn't know whether the wheel will fit unless you try them on or someone has had experienced with them. Also to make it easier for someone to determine whether a wheel will fit or not, you need to give us an offset for the wheels you're talking about. Cheers
  24. Hey mate, try having a read through the pinned insurance thread. Could be of some help. I haven't had any experience with insurance so I can't answer any of you questions.
  25. In my opinion, get option no. 1, but if your car's already had a major service, go option no. 2. Have fun spending
