  1. Don't hate the tarago's man! But then I guess they're sr20 powered so hate them.
  2. Loving the first shot man. I remember cruising around the city towards docklands area looking for good photo shoot areas and I somehow ended up in the west side (Sunshine). I couldn't find it.
  3. Heat gun to 'melt' the larger peices and scrub off with eucalyptus oil. Use some cut and polish and wax to finish it off.
  4. I don't live too far, I might drop by see what's going on. I'll be in a ke70 this time.
  5. I probably hate riced up skylines with dickhead drivers behind the wheel most because it gives the rest of us without a riced up skyline a bad name (ricers/hoons). Next would be car's with an exhaust too big for its engine because it sounds gay, but the driver thinks he's cool. I just hate cars with ugly chrome sunken wheels on any car in general.
  6. I would say no, they won't fit 'properly'. If your mate has an R33 GTR and the wheels sit 'nice' on it, I'm assuming they're at least 9.5" +12 offset. From what I've seen, R34 GTt's running standard R34 GTR wheels, they were right on the guards if not a little out. So if your mate's wheels are 9.5" +12 (assuming somewhere around there because you said they fit nicely) no, they won't fit. Why not trial fit them to see for sure?
  7. Hrmm, not too bad. I was expecting a little bit more. Thanks for that guys, now back to R-SPEC's question.
  8. Here's a link to show what widths and offsets they come in. http://www.globalautoshop.com/wheels/altstadt.htm
  9. It's almost impossible to get an NA S15 here in Australia. The only NA S15 you'll find in Australia are those which have been converted or someone has brought them in as a personal import. I can't really say which one would be better because I've never actually driven any of them before.
  10. Vertex?
  11. They only come in 17 x 7.0 and 18 x 7.5 from what I can see and I highly doubt they come in any other offset. Edit: They come in 19 x 8.0 as well. No offset was mentioned for any width.
  12. From my experience, those brand of wheels won't offer much wider wheels or lower offsets anyway.
  13. The R33 GTR suspension won't fit the R33 GTSt because the GTSt's rear shocks are eyes whereas the GTR's are forks for the bottom mount. Not too sure on the fronts, but they won't work properly anyway because of the GTR's extra weight (the suspension will have a higher spring rate, etc).
  14. The clearing of the calipers will depend on the spoke design. You can't rely on the offset to clear it. Check out the wheel offset thread Sydneykid made. It's pinned so you can't miss it. There should be a thread recently made in the suspension section or cosmetic section about what you want as well.
  15. If the link posted are the same wheels as you're going for/getting, they're gonna look shit (fitment wise). They're only 7" wide with an offset of +42 (higher than standard). Fail from me. Edit: Sorry for my comment, you didn't ask for opinions.
  16. Don't go flares only up front. I can't imagine it looking too good at all. Best thing to do would be trial fit I guess.
  17. You would have to cut your guards to get the most out of it. It'll look tough, but cutting your guards, there's no going back! Edit: This is going on your sedan right? Is some of it going to be stuck to the door as well or?
  18. If someone could give a price of what they paid, that would help too.
  19. If you're talking about the silicon where you use to stop leaks and that then the best way I found to get rid of it was to use a sharp blade. Something similar to those which come in stanley knives. Pretty dangerous to your paint if you don't use it correctly though. If not that, maybe a heat gun and just trying to rub it off?
  20. Go for 18x10.5 for the rear and 18x9.5 for the front.
  21. 18's definitely. 19's in that style would look too big in my opinion. 18's would be lighter, therefore car will be slightly faster. 18's would have cheaper tyres, therefore more money in the bank for other modifications.
  22. Yeah, the GTSt's that weren't type-m didn't have the 4 pot's as factory items from what I know, but most turbo models being brought into Australia are type-m anyway (I'm pretty sure ).
  23. Should be fine. Few people running wider, lower offset wheels than what you're after and having no problems at all. This guy's running similar spec wheels to what you're after, http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=1527456
  24. Go meet him in an empty car park!!
  25. If you're talking about falcon wheels, yes, they'll fit, but only for the rear as they won't clear the front calipers.
