  1. Who's corolla's that!!
  2. Some people go too far to race other people. Such an embarrassment. Just stick to the limit and they can't do shit, but tail gate us and yell abuse. Edit: Oh and photo's, post some up!!
  3. Nothing much man. Just some random bogans wanting to drag us and that. About 3 of them. One in a hilux, vs commo and some falcon. =/
  4. Yeah, cheers for that Pat. Good meeting you and others. Too bad it didn't end all that well though. Hope they got home safe.
  5. Here's a link on how to install... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Gt...det-t62674.html I think it was about 6.something ohms.
  6. If you're serious, you only need an empty coke can, or even solo, up to you, cut the top and bottom out, roll it out so that it's like a sheet of aluminium, take out the gasket of the standard bov, trace with a texta, cut away. Install everything back to normal, but have the can thing blocking. Flutter and stall away!
  7. I agree, wheels are expensive and you want to do it right the first time. With the troubles turning, it would really depend on how low your car is and how stiff your suspension is. 'Flush' for you could mean tucked for me. Can you get a picture of where you would like your wheels to sit? Cause when I say 'flush' I'm thinking...
  8. Yeah, I think it'll be best to get a new kit. Not all that expensive. About $150 or so. I first thought that this would be the switches fault, but with the switch, it doesn't work at all at the start of the day, but once it's on, it's on. Whereas this flickers, my guess would be that it's the kit.
  9. 18x9.5 with +38 will sit in the same position as the 18x9's with +12.
  10. Yes, as far as I know, that should be correct.
  11. Looks pretty nice. I was thinking of some 7.5" with +15 offset and was wondering what it'll look like. An extra 2mm out isn't too bad I guess.
  12. I think you would also need the 'face' type as well. Feel free to delete my post though. haha
  13. Down here in Noble Park is all good. Showers seem to have cleared. Is it still raining around that area?
  14. So are we meeting at the BP on Stud Rd and High St then going to the car wash place or is the car wash place next door? I don't think I'll be there till about 9 o'clock. Let me know where the carwash is and I might meet you guys there.
  15. Lets just say your standard wheels are 6.5" wide and have an offset of +40 (not sure what they really are, but just going with standard r32 wheels). At the moment they are IN the standard guards by lets say 20mm. To have the wheels flush with the standard guard, you'll need wheels which are 6.5" wide and with an offset of +20, 8" wide with an offset of +39, etc. But since you're having the wider guards, you'll need 6.5" with a 0 offset for them to be flush, 8" wide with a +19, etc. Remember that this is for your wheels themselves to be flush, with the guards, not tyres. Having tyres will make the 'package' stick out a little more if you're not planning on stretching some tyres. Hope that helps... at least a bit. haha
  16. If you're planning on respraying the whole car then yeah, just give them the car, kit and let them do everything. While they fix up any dents, they can modify the kit to fit perfect.
  17. The car washes I've been to never had any taps or anything like that (well any that I saw). They've just got the high pressure gun. Make more money out of it I'm assuming. The weather man said the rain will clear by mid-day or early morning tomorrow. And time, anything would be fine for me. Maybe be there at about 9-ish, 9:30?
  18. Honestly not a fan of the ones that go all the way down. I reckon the ones Nismo Boy posted would look alright if it was all complete. Thought it would look shit, but doesn't look too bad. Love the Equips on the 180/240 though.
  19. Hrm, at some angles they look good and at other angles, not so good. Maybe throw some 20mm spacers on them then they'll look a bit better...
  20. Hey mate, try using this calculator: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp Type in your current wheels, after market wheels and you'll see how much more/less they stick in/out. Just keep playing till you get something you like then go out hunting for them wheels! Good luck with your search, anymore questions, feel free to ask.
  21. My advice would be that you just get the kit painted and fit the kit yourself. It's really not that hard and you can use the extra cash on something else. Honestly not much work if the kit was designed and made good, but if it requires more work for it to fit (modifying it to fit), then get them to do it. Sorry I couldn't give a place which would do it though.
  22. We're expecting rain tonight and during the day tomorrow. I'll probably see you guys on Thursday night. I park my car outside under the clouds.
  23. So when's this happening? Thursday night or tonight? Time? Anyone from Dandenong/Keysborough want to cruise to the wash place? I've got no idea where that is. I can always just drive down Stud Rd and see where a bunch of skylines are though.
  24. Check out this guy's wheels. He's having a sale and he could have something you would like. I see some black GT-C's too. http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...howtopic=283381
  25. Whoo!! I win! Where's Abu when you need him. He's the one with hundreds of R32 pics. He should have a white R32 with some GTR rims on somewhere.
