  1. Most probably just a dodgey connection. Also try replacing the globes, the filament inside could be a bit lose and not get contact and produce light.
  2. Most of it would be from the media. Like many have said, Japanese Imports = Hoon. If you car is legal, just leave it be. Don't tell people to f**k off if they say something, just ignore it. You park there everyday and if you were to tell them to f**k off, your car could get torched. And about the Harley's, it stupid how they can get away with the amount of noise they make, but I agree with the one who said something about the cops not doing anything because they're scared the driver could be in some sort of 'group'.
  3. No, not all R33's were turbocharged. To convert, not sure, but I'm pretty sure it'll be best to buy turbo from the beginning. A spray of the spoiler will be about $100-120? A bumper would be about $200-250? It really depends on the workshop, but those figures would be about right. Correct me if I'm wrong.
  4. About $300 depending on condition and whether or not they've been cleaned and test flowed. Edit: Well last time I looked, that's what they were going for.
  5. That look's sexy mate. Good work. How's the car look now? Have you finished everything off?
  6. Mines 3" turbo back as far as I know, but I have a feeling it's 3" from turbo to cat and 4-4.5" for the rest. It doesn't pull the chicks cause it's got a silencer stuck in it.
  7. What we meant by repaint was, when you purchase the new front bar, rear bar, skirts, etc, they'll be a different colour to your car (most likely). The respray is just to make your car and your kit's colour the same. You don't want mis-matching coloured bumpers. I would recommend checking out private sales first. Dealers could get a bit dodgey, but private people can as well. Up to you really. Private is usually cheaper, think of it that way.
  8. I honestly don't know if the skyline(rb's) have them, but I'm pretty sure the SR's do. I remember checking out a car with a hose that didn't have the reinforcement and it couldn't rev past ~5krpm. I first wasn't sure what was going on, but when we changed over to a hose WITH the reinforcement, the car easily revved.
  9. Do it!! Your car is just as low, might as well have good fitment at the same time!
  10. LOL, what do people get out of doing such things?
  11. Love the car in post no. 536. Sexy wheel fitment, but not a fan of the chrome. I think this thread might take over the 'main' one in the photography section.
  12. Hmm, had a look through my favourites, but can't seem to find the link. I must've lost in when I format my computer. Sorry about. It'll be in the tutorial section so just give that a search, something will come up.
  13. If you're using this system with its valve closed off for street, day to day driving it should be fine. It's only when you're trying to push your engine is where I see problems occurring. The system is designed to make the car/engine quiet. If you want performance out of it as well, you're not gonna get any.
  14. Yep, you'll need the latch for it to work properly. There's a tutorial on here on how to modify your GTSt one. I'll try to find it for you, I remember having it in my favourites.
  15. In my opinion, just go for the newest one you can get. Newer usually means better. And about the R32 being better than the other models, I was just trying to stir shit up.
  16. Is this gonna turn into a 32 vs 33 thread again? If it is, looks like R32's are winning!! Go R32's!!
  17. $2000? Is that a mis-type? Parts will both be the same price, doesn't really matter if its black or white. Parts should be equally available to you as well.
  18. 12000k is pretty much purple light. Don't go anything above 6000k. I find that 6000k is ricey enough. If anything, just try and get 4300k.
  19. Adam Nguyen = 山田 Yamada (mountain field) 拓海 Takumi (open sea) It doesn't make any sense. Mountain field and open sea.
  20. Welcome mate. I'm just like you, been on the forums for ages, but never been on a cruise with these guys/girls. Don't think I ever will. I now drive a Toyota. Your car's looking great!
  21. Putting 5 stud hubs from an S13 to the R33 shouldn't be a problem as far as I know. When S13's go to 5 stud, they use R33 hubs without a problem, so going the other way around... I don't see why not.
  22. Best to test fit them before buying. You don't want to buy them to only find out they don't clear the calipers.
  23. http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...howtopic=100572
  24. I think the S15 is in the same price range as the R34. Both mid to high $20k.
