  1. Just keep undoing the nut circled in red.
  2. It's that easy mate. Undo the two nut things and keep undoing it until you reach your desired ride height. There's a tool you use to adjust them. It's called a c-spanner. You can purchase them from Pedders for about $5 I think. There's no need to compress the springs as far as I know.
  3. It doesn't HAVE to be tuned. It'll just keep stalling.
  4. You've got a 33 and as far as I know, they can't be tuned or tuned as easy as the 32's. Easier to just take the bov off unless you can cope with the constant stalling.
  5. There's someone going 14" wide on a 180 in the US. Kinda stupid though.
  6. +1, not a fan of the 'bling', but it's not our car so...
  7. If it can snow in the Sahara Desert, it can snow here in Melbourne. There's always hope. Edit: Just thought about the global warming thing. They say that the Australian desert is slowly expanding down. I don't think it's ever going to snow here.
  8. The red mark is just there for you to not unscrew the whole bov apart as far as I know. If you keep going with the unscrewing, it'll just take the top part of the bov off and you'll see the bov's spring.
  9. What colour's your car? I would go for the black and polished lip look, but everyones getting it these days. Go for something different, not chrome either.
  10. Why do you want to go so wide? If it's just to fill out the guards, just get some spacers or get lower offset wheels. Like n15m0 said, 12.5" for the road is a bit much.
  11. I'm with Basti on this one, go for the R34 GT because the bike is there for you to go fast.
  12. I want it to snow here too.
  13. Just get the interior black in my opinion. Get it black or if you want to continue the camo style, go camo inside as well. haha
  14. The stalling could be because you've got a vacuum leak. Do you have a atmo bov by any chance? If you do, it's that. If not, check over your intercooler piping for any leaks. The squealing from the belts could be that the belts are too loose. They're too loose or they're too tight.
  15. I didn't even realise it the first time looking through. I think they just painted the cover black to give it that 4dr tail light look. People just want to be different I guess. The white gtr in posts 90 and 91 looks tough as.
  16. Post a thread in the Want To Buy section mate. Or PM a mod/admin to move this thread.
  17. Throw that $10k at a house deposit.
  18. I always thought the NA R34's had the five stud and 4 pot brakes as well. If the skylines are anything like the silvia's, the brakes should be a straight swap over. Just rotors and calipers replace the old ones. Everything should just bolt on
  19. Welcome mate, your car looks pretty tough.
  20. Maybe just raise the height of the fronts for a while or until you get new tyres/wheels. Do you have height adjustable coilovers?
  21. I wonder what made him want to sell.
  22. About the insurance thing, they didn't have 4 door 32 GTS-4's. I told them that my car's a GTS-4, but I think it's still put down as a GTSt. I keep calling up for them to change it but they end up changing it to an R31, then back to R32 GTSt. I just gave up. I feel sorry for my RB20 too. It's carrying around 1.5tonne. I think it needs to retire and have a RB30/26 take its position.
  23. Just get your guards rolled. Should cost about $45 per guard. Might solve the problem, if it doesn't the part of the tyre where it's rubbing will eventually get worn out and stop (assuming that the rubbing doesn't kill your tyres altogether).
  24. Agree with everyone else, buy a newer car, the R34 GTt with at least basic mods already.
