  1. Doesn't the xtrail have an SR engine?
  2. Sedans and coupe's suspensions should all be interchangeable. So yeah, they should fit.
  3. BEAUTIFUL shots mate. Good work. It makes me want to visit NZ.
  4. To charge your battery go for a little drive. It's better than just leaving the car there idling. The higher the car's revving the more it's charging. Best to get a new battery. If that still doesn't charge up and gets flat. It could be a problem with your alternator.
  5. Just get some 35mm bolt on spacers.
  6. If the things you're a purchasing is below $1000, there shouldn't be any taxes.
  7. Did the heater ever work mate?
  8. When's this official SAU cruise happening? I wonder if I'll have my licence and be able to join up in time.
  9. LOL!! Does the side you mount the plates on matter? As long as the plates can be seen at a 45 degree angle isn't it?
  10. How are the cops with your fitment? Can't imagine what they'd say if they pulled you over, "I can't even put my little finger in between your wheels and guard!!" haha
  11. Local wreck should have some mate. That or try someone wrecking their car on here.
  12. haha yeah, best to check the fuse first. You don't wanna rip out the whole dash to only find that the fuse was your problem.
  13. Looks clean, but it also looks a bit 'plain' at the same time.
  14. You probably didn't get a reply from the shops because most of them don't want to send over seas or because they didn't understand the email like you said. You could always try the traders on here and ns.com about getting them in for you. Ask them if their 'people' can source the parts you're after. Worth a try, better than nothing right?
  15. Is Nissan even going to release a 'new silvia'? Or is this like the 'new supra' which will never come out?
  16. You can buy a genuine one for ~$120 or make one up yourself. If you want one made up, just go to jaycar or dick smith and buy some resistors and make them some how I can't remember. Try a search on the forums and you'll find all the information you're after. I think it was Roy who also made a tutorial on how to connect up the resistor pack.
  17. Was your car warmed up? When's the last time it worked? The heater.
  18. haha don't you hate it when that happens? You go to show someone to show them what's wrong with the car and the problem never happens.
  19. Yeah, you can do that. Save costs on tuning time as well. For 250rwkw, the GTR injectors should be fine and get a Z32 AFM to go with it. Don't forget about the resistor pack if you've got a stock ecu.
  20. Much better, but still looks like shit in my opinion. What's the chances of the new silvia looking like that anyway. There's heaps of photos of the NEW silvia and they're all different.
  21. GTR injectors can handle high 200rwkw and maybe even 300rwkw. You would need a resistor pack of some sort and a retune of the standard/aftermarket ecu to control the new injectors. You won't be able to do it on the safc as far as I know. How much power are you making at the moment? And how much are you planning on making? You can keep the standard injector and make 200+rwkw with a good tune. Just make sure they're in good condition and are clean.
  22. Me too. I want someone to make a BN Sports widebody for the 4 door like the one for sale. It'll look sexy.
  23. Yeah, I see where you're coming from. The car will look tough with the kit on and some wheels that'll fill out the guards though.
  24. Why don't you install it on your car?
  25. Yep, you only need one.
