  1. The supra looks right, but the 32 and 33 gtst seems a bit low to me. I never knew the GTR was 200kg heavier than the gtst's if the figures are correct. Would've thought only 100-150kg.
  2. Can you actually get 34's with the standard HID's in them? I thought they were taken out during compliance meaning if you bought from a dealer, it would be taken out?
  3. Nice background music.
  4. Like a dremel(sp?) type tool would work. Hand held and its got pretty small blades if I remember correctly.
  5. I would think using some sort of saw is going to be best. The angle grinder might be faster, but the speed at they operate at could melt/damage the fiberglass itself?
  6. If you're driving a R33 GTSt and you're on your P's, you're still gonna get rapped by the police when you get pulled over. You could lose 3 demerit points and get a max fine of $1100. It doesn't matter if you've got your licence before 1st of July 07, R33 GTSt's are over the power to weight ratio. Keep in mind that the insurance company might agree to cover you, but once you crash and make a claim, they'll just reject it and say that you were driving an illegal car, they don't have to pay out.
  7. I have to say that's a really good link. Lots of tough four door 32's.
  8. $250 seems more reasonable than $700. There's someone on these forums who's selling a brand new guard roller for ~$220 I think it was. I just remember the member had a purple 32 GTR as his avatar.
  9. LOL wtf? Who would put a civic front on a skyline? ahaha I understand if it was the other way around, skyline front on a civic, but civic on a skyline?
  10. Still don't understand why you wouldn't insure it. Maybe they can afford to buy another one.
  11. If you plan on removing your entire unit, you're going to have to get a new master brake cylinder as far as I know. Best to pull out the fuse just in case you want to sell the car later on or something.
  12. http://www.guardroller.com.au/ They sell guard rollers, but wouldn't have a clue how much they sell them for. You can always check out ebay, etc.
  13. I see your number plates.

    Need Help

    :laughing-smiley-014:
  15. Stayed home studying. I wouldn't be surprised if this thread got locked, but you own that piece of land so...
  16. Yeah, we should mate. I just gotta get my licence first (I'll have them early next year). I live in the south east.
  17. Hopefully it's the battery that was the problem.
  18. Oh okay, I must've heard it wrong.
  19. LOL everyones confused. haha. I think he wants an R34 front on his R33, "a 'bolt on' r34 front end to fit on an r33." The thread title just made everyone confused.
  20. They're genuine as far as I know, but it's not hard to put 15mm spacers on which will make it equivalent to +15mm offset.
  21. Only 33 GTR wheels were 17". R34's are 18" and 32's are 16".
  22. LOL and no there not. I'm surpised there not gone man. I would get them if I had money.
  23. +1 for the 32 GTR wheels. They look like standard gtst wheels to the untrained eye as well.
  24. Yeah, from what I've seen in my calculations, there's not much you can do. You're gonna have to put on some stretched tyres and put some neg camber or just flare your guards. I never realised how high of a offset you have to run on skylines. Like you said your current wheels of specs, 18x8 +35 with 230/40 are pretty much flush with the rear, these are 18x9 +15 , 225/40 with neg 2 camber on a 180sx: With these wheels and tyres on your car, they'll stick out and extra ~35mm.
  25. How wide are your tyres front and rear? I just wanna do some experiments. To see how else you can do.
