Have a look around on these forums somewhere. Water and dirt getting into the rear lights of the 33's are pretty common. You just need to reseal your lights.

The blue wouldn't be too hard to get. You just need to experiment with the shield position. My brother's got a cheap headlight with projectors and he played around with the shield and the blue he got was pretty good. Not as good as the ones haknslash has because my brother's still got halogens which have a yellow light. Play around with your shield. I'm sure you'll get some sort of blue/red/pink tinge.

Hmm, pretty hard to tell from the pics, but the last photo looks like it's the brake lines to the abs unit? It's around that area too. Check out your brake fluid and see if it drops over time.

I just went with the ones for sale at supercheap. They sell ricey coloured ones too if you're into that thing, but I went with black. You can't even tell it's there.

I'm not too sure what offsets you would need, but I just wanna let you know if you didn't know already is that there can be two wheels with the exact same specs and one could clear the brakes and the other might not. You have to look at the design of the wheel's spokes as well.

I keep getting the number 2.5" in my head, but not sure if that's the size of the honda euro's projectors or the skylines. For those that don't know what a retrofit headlight can look like, here are some examples taken from hidplanet.com. Compare them to my headlights with the hid kits. I would say that the best thing to do is have a search in the for sale section and see what the average price other people list them for. That or call up a wrecker and see how much they want for it and take $50 off.

I think your headlight is just reflecting the light everywhere making it look like you can't adjust your headlight.

As far as I know, the coupe's front will fit the sedan if it's the same series. Series one to series one or series two to two. Not sure what you have to do with going from one to two though.

I think they're standard on the commodores. Well there's one on my brother's vt and I don't think it was aftermarket. I never realised how much stopper helps. Sounds like it's a good mod.

No worries. I'll get you the stock height from centre of wheel to gaurd tonight off my car. It's still standard height It's a GTS-4, but should be the same for GTS-T. I'll let you know tonight or tomorrow morning.

I thought you were going to lock it? The speed cut thing usually goes in slightly after 180km if at all as far as I know.
