I would use a tin snipper or an angle grinder. Depending what types of shapes you're cutting out, the hack saw could be some help if you've got one lying around. I wouldn't use a hack saw myself, I'm such a newbie using one. Snapped about 3 blades trying to cut one little piece of metal rod.
$200k!! That's crazy. Wouldn't you rather spend that money on this?

It's cheaper, newer and less K's. Who cares if it's green.
I don't understand how someone trying to steal your car is going to give you running problems either, but have you tried changing the spark plugs? Try reseting the ecu also if you think there's something wrong with it. Just disconnect your battery and leave it over night or push on the brake peddle with the battery disconnected.
Bad luck that your car was targeted by thieves.
"foamy"? Never heard of that one before. If it's bothering you, have you tried flushing?
I would like to know what's going on with your car aswell. Never heard/seen coolant go 'foamy' before.
Try to get Jap wheels. Don't go for those 7" wide rims. If you want gold, you can get some Rays Engineering GTC's or even Work P1's for example.
Depending what you're planning to do with your car, try to get 18's. 17's look a bit small on the 33's in my opinion.
Yeah, from my experience, the paint from a spray can would come out good until the end. At the end, it starts to go strong, weak and then a big 'puddle' of paint will come out. Just becareful.
Attessa is just the 4wd system isn't it? It controls how much torque to put to the front wheels when losing rear end traction.
I think people remove the hicas because you don't know when it's going to 'turn on' during a turn and makes the car unstable. Without the hicas I assume you would have more control over the car. You'll know if it's going to go sideways and not just stop half way.
