  1. Damn, you had a hard job of fixing it didn't you. All I had to do to fix mine was shake bits of cable where the motor was.
  2. I assume he's stuck with driving a non-turbo car because of these new rules? You can also check carsales or carpoint. They have quite a few na 33's and 34's for sale.
  3. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...814&hl=cold This link should show you how to diagnose your system.
  4. You can get them off ebay mate. I think it was like $80 or something a pair. I'm assuming you've got one of those hid kits.
  5. Sounds like you have the same problem I had. Try doing the diagnosis to see if there are any other problems. Shouldn't take long and it'll show you what's wrong. If not, it SHOULD be the problem I was having.
  6. It'll be too easy
  7. :laughing-smiley-014:
  8. On the R32's it's normally on the parcel shelf. A huge as box.
  9. Hey mate, I recently had the same problems your getting. First of all, try holding down the heat button for about 10sec or until an sign 'FH' appears on the screen. It should overide all the sensors and push out as much hot air as it can. Make sure the engine is warm too. Give that a try and if it still doesn't work then I think it could be something to do with the motor which controls your hot/cold air. Let me know.
  10. Yeah I've seen a few threads about people wanting to replace there side indicators. Most people just modify the commodores clear indicators.
  11. I would say it's around the $1k mark too. By the way dmr, I found a way to stop the water from filling up in my boot. I found a plug that just lets all the water out from the boot. Seems as though Nissan knew water was gonna fill up in there. I just ripped it out.
  12. Yeah I was thinking about why some 32's have it and some don't a few weeks ago too. I've heard it was for compliance, but why don't all 32's have/don't have them? I'm glad my car doesn't have them though. Looks better without it in my opinion.
  13. Scratch X is the name of the product I was looking for. I forgot what it was called so I just said 'quality products' in my first post. Let us know how it goes.
  14. Looking good. All you need now is a set of spacers to fill out the gaurds.
  15. I thought not having working brakes a scary experience. I'm still on my L's and I recently had a leaking master and abs system. I was driving and it got to a stage where I had to use my engine to do all the braking. Scary experience, but it showed me how to control the car if someone cut the brakes in a way I guess. Stupid I know, but I kept driving the car like this for awhile (2 weeks).
  16. Looks like one of the standard kits (non-GTR) to me.
  17. You can have a 1000kw 34 GTR. All you need is money, but from the sounds of it, you don't have that money. You're not exactly in the right position either mate. Good luck with your wedding anyway mate.
  18. Nah I don't mate. I haven't heard of anyone in Aus being able to do it (as a job). I think it's best to do it yourself. Try reading on hidplanet.com forum a bit more to see if you can work it out. From what I've seen on that site, you'll be pretty satisfied with the outcome. I want to do a retrofit one day, just not on the skyline. Goodluck with it though mate.
  19. I'd rather leave the bar on then take it off. When you take it off, you're letting the cooler (if you've got a front mounted one installed) get all the damaged. Just go out to a wrecker and pick up a stock bar. Better than spending $700 ( ) on a new one.
  20. If your engine is busted, like what everyone else has said, go the RB25 route.
  21. Like others have said, it's just probably some air in the system. If not that then you've got yourself a stuffed master or a leaking system.
  22. Hey mate, Depending on how bad the damage is, it shouldn't be too hard to do yourself. Just get some quality products from supercheap or autobahn and try doing it yourself. If not that then maybe a post/search in the NSW Section would be better. Sorry to hear about your 'attack' and goodluck with the repair.
  23. I'm with everyone else. Get it repaired.
  24. fully sick uleh
  25. I don't think there's a way mate. I've never done an oil change without oil spilling out everywhere. There's no need in draining longer. When the oil stops coming out, that's it.
