    Nulon street and track 15w50 has quietened my engine massively over the Motul 6100, especially on cold start. Sounds like a stock motor.

    Looking into it, the first lot I got didn't have this issue. Hunting around for some shorter ball screws.

    No probs Abe. Just a heads up to those who ordered sets for R32 Gtr, after install check to see that the ball screw in the guard is low enough with damper attached to clear the bonnet once closed. If anyone has issues let me know.

    Depends on the quality of the aftermarket bonnet but I would say a damper with a reduced pressure would be best. The set I fitted to the Z tune was 220N and it was still a little strong, however the carbon bonnet on the Z tune is very high quality.
